일단 위치가 너무 좋아요 다운타운 내에서도 중심지라 맛집도 많고 잠깐씩 들어와서 쉬다 가기도 좋아요. 일일투어 해주셨던 가이드분도 위치가 좋은 곳이라고 하셨는데 여름에는 그래서 좀 시끄럽다고 하니 참고하시면 될 것 같아요. 저희는 겨울이라 늦게까지 시끄럽거나 한 것 없었고 직원분들 다 너무너무 친절해요! 아침식사도 종류가 많은 것은 아니지만 충분히 만족스러웠습니다. 크리스마스 연휴기간에 가서인지 오후가 되면 로비에서 마시멜로도 구워먹을 수 있게 제공해주는 이벤트도 있었어요. 생수를 기본적으로 제공해주시진 않는데 로비에 물이 있고 호텔 1층에 있는 기념품 가게에서 1.75불에 판매합니다. 호텔 내 자판기보다 저렴해서 매일 들어가는 길에 사서 들어갔어요. 전반적으로 너무 만족했습니다!

다운타운에 위치해서 정말 좋았습니다.

아침부터 트럭들 왔다갔다 하는 소리에 잠을 못자고 냉장고 없는 숙소는 처음. 헤어드라이 고장나서 사용못하고 위치 빼면 전체적으로 별로었음

We arrived at 1 a.m. and the staff was very friendly and efficient. We were in our room very quickly. The included breakfast was a welcome surprise. They location of this hotel is ideal.

Was warm and friendly

It was too noise, and they should of reduced the rate for the rooms. The breakfast was very poorly set up,and not much choice for food.

Perfect location in the centre of Banff shops and restaurants. Very comfortable with good ammenities.

There was no AC in the room, but there was in the common areas. So the rooms were warm and the hallways were super cold. We had fans for the room, but they didn’t help much. The laundry facilities were down the whole time we were there. Staff was great. Breakfast was OK.

The rooms are rustic, but very clean and quaint. The downside is that there is no air conditioning. The interior of the hotel is beautiful with the wood accents, and the breakfast nook is a great place to grab a bite to eat in the morning. Parking is limited, but can be reserved. The biggest downside is the insane prices of rooms, which is typical for Banff hotels scamming visitors. Even the parking was an additional $50 after paying $1100 for 2 nights in a standard room. Otherwise, great hotel and right in the heart of downtown Banff.

Loved the king loft room with private balcony! Spacious and clean. Included breakfast was good.

Construction on road was a pain but nothing you could do about it

Good stay, nice place, comfortabel rooms, ans excellent staff but the construction outside was v. annoying. If you wake up early/plan to wake upneaely and arenr going to be in town until 5pm then this is a fine place. I found myself sick and the construction was very annoying

Nice room but we did not realize there was no air conditioning in the rooms and it got quite warm during the day. We cooled off by leaving the door open to the hallway and to the balcony with fans going. But also had road construction right outside the balcony so that was loud and could not enjoy sitting out there

Very friendly staff and the hotel is in the center of Banff. We could walk to all of the attractions.

Parking is a bit tight. The only disable parking spot near the elevator was very narrow to get in and out of the SUV.

Das Hotel war wegen einer größeren Baustelle direkt vor dem Eingang nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar, sondern nur von der Bear Street aus. Niemand hat es für nötig gehalten dazu eine Email zu schreiben, damit man die richtigen Daten ins Navi eingeben kann. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt. Die Gardinen sehen aus als wenn Sie vor 10 Jahren das letzte Mal gewaschen worden wären. Die Fenster haben einfach Verglasung, entsprechend laut ist es im Zimmer, aber dafür liegen in jedem Schlafzimmer Ohrstöpsel bereit. Morgens um sechs kommt die Müllabfuhr, jeden Tag, auch Sonntags, das dauert eine halbe Stunde, mit ständigem Krach. Wer hier „ schlafen“ will ist verkehrt am Platz. Der Frühstücksraum liegt im Keller ohne Fenster mit einer viel zu kalt eingestellten Klimaanlage, alle sitzen mit Jacken beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück selbst ist der dürftig. Übersüßte Fruchtsäfte, die gekochten Eier sind schon gepellt, und dann in einer Laacke warmgehalten. Die Früchte fürs Müsli lagen noch tiefgefroren in der Schüssel. Alles in allem hat das Hotel einen Investitionsstau und wird nur noch Gewinnoptimiert betrieben, alles rausziehen was geht. Das Preis Leistungsverhältniss stimmt in keinster Weise. Wir werden auf keinen Fall wiederkommen!
