Nice, quiet, clean. Restaurant was good and convenient.

Great continental breakfast included.

Nice location, great pool and waterslide. Enjoyed walking down by the river.

If you are handicapped, you cant access the pool at all. Took the elevator to our room and seriously thought it was going to fall. There was a bear in the area but no notice about it. The site advertises full breakfast but it definitely not. It is very continental. The room was nice but very hot upstairs and couldnt cool it off even with the air conditioner on. Great view from the balcony.

Beautiful building, scenic views. Building not being taken care of. Garbage and recycle containers in back of building overflowing as not being emptied, garbage all over the ground. Restaurant service atrocious. One other table dining in when our party of 4 arrived, wait staff did not appear to want to be at work. Bartender left to go home before 8pm on Saturday evening, and waiter did not know how to prepare drinks that we had ordered, and then did not return to table to clear plates/glasses and ask if we wanted anything else or to pay our bill. We had to go looking for waiter ourselves, waiter was sitting in the back of the kitchen with chef. Complimentary breakfast subpar. Cereal and coffee available, and waffle maker. No bread for toast, no bacon/sausage. A weird floatie (mold?) floating in the coffee dispenser’s tubing. For the price, a little more effort and care would go a long way to make this hotel a bit nicer than it is in all aspects.

This was a wonderful pit stop in route to Canmore. The rooms were comfy, clean, and the view of the river and mountains were beautiful. An update would make everything excellent but we would definitely stay here again regardless.

The location of this property right on the river is lovely, and having the restaurant onsite was great. We stayed in one of the condo units and unfortunately that was extremely run down and not cleaned well at all. The dishes were super dirty - not just a little bit of food, tons of food. There was sand on all the windowsills, bags of empties left in the closet, stains on some bedsheets and toothpaste on the bathroom counter. The tub itself, while I am sure was cleaned - looked extremely dirty. I just quite shocked and disappointed by the conidtion of the unit.

Hotel was nice and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was one of the most pathetic Continental Breakfasts I have ever experienced. The waffle maker was old and difficult to use and definitely needs to be replaced. The only source of protein were some hard boiled eggs.

Quiet stay even though our room faced the highway. Deck doors to huge public space where you can access chairs, hot tub (tiny for such a big hotel). Beds were very comfy. No water pressure in shower but renovated tub. The whole building and rooms/bathrooms need some TLC that would bring this place back to its original shape-paint, minor repairs, better caulking, replace patio slide doors and screens, replace bathroom doors (banged up pretty good). Always appreciate the continental breakfast. Restaurant on site and games room. Lounge and pool/waterslide. We didn’t use any of these as just there for one night.

Fun waterslide, staff was fine. Had a smell of curry in our room. Other than the smell the hotel was great!

very comfortable place

The property, rooms, and pool itself were clean, we’ve stayed in a few hotels the past two weeks, and the pool and hot tub here were clear. And the slide was a hit, even for the adults! It was great. Nice views even though along the highway. There were lots of people, but inside the rooms it was surprisingly quiet. We stayed in a suite, it was comfortable to have a separate bed away from our children and they also had the luxury of separate beds not a sofa couch , however it was too hot and its only May (and it was raining) The air conditioner did not seem to match the size of the suite, and the ceiling fan on the upper level didn’t work. Lower level AC was ok, not ideal for middle aged women! It was nice to have a free breakfast included, we were slightly disappointed that hot food wasn’t included considering the cost, even cheaper hotels offered more, but It wasn’t a deal breaker, but the US hotels are one up in that area.

Wonderful spacious room, friendly staff and the mountains are amazing!

The pool towels could of had a better location and the breakfast was very basic. I enjoyed having the river behind the hotel and the room was great.
