We arrived late and were greeted by a friendly person at the counter. Check in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was a little soft. We were disappointed to hear the continental breakfast was not included.

508 bathroom shower was unclean, shower head was brown and clogged, there was no water pressure in the shower head nor the wand. The room was nice and the staff were excellent. Overall 3 out of 5. Fix the shower.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t much lighting in the room. Made it harder to get ready as a woman. Also the water pressure in the shower was weak and didn’t see the hot and cold part so I burnt myself a couple of times.
