I definitely recommend this hotel and my next visit to Kitchener I will be staying here.

If breakfast was included with the price that would be nicer

Shower handle broken, came off during use. No coffee for keurig machine.

Very unclear about breakfast. Was told it was included then they asked me to pay. Ordered towels in the morning received them 10:00pm

Room was very clean and comfortable. Great location.

Toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Both body wash and conditioner bottles completely empty. Room smells musty and AC unit was loud.

Pool was filthy and bed sheet did not fit the bed and kept slipping off. Would not stay here again.

I booked a room that was supposed to have a kitchenette in it and it had no amenities besides a microwave, mini fridge, and a coffee maker. There are no utensils or anything if I wanted to heat something. Not sure why you offer that option, but don’t provide any amenities. I could’ve just gotten a regular room in that case. They also said that their restaurant was opened between 5-10pm, I called to place an order three times and no one answered the phone. So I went down and it didn’t even look like it was open. So I went for food elsewhere.

There was no shower curtain. Water keeps going all over the bathroom and they are aware of this. The shower keeps dripping. The beds are old and creaky and pillows are extremely poor. I would not go back to this hotel again.

Nice size room - bathroom had lots of space. Comfortable bed. Shower pressure is a bit low. Alarm clock was set (not by us) and went off at 4:45am, which was a bit alarming. Very clean and well kept room and facility.

Comfortable and affordable, but fridge was noisy and the mattress a too soft for me.
