Hilton Garden Inn Kitchener/Cambridge

環境に配慮して、タオルの交換や紙コップの補充を含めたお部屋の掃除は４日に一度しか入りませんが、お願いすればやってくれるのがありがたかったです。 個人的には必要だったのは紙コップとコーヒーの補充、ゴミ箱、タオルの交換くらいだったので、フォームなどにチェックを入れて選べるといいなと思いました。

Clean rooms, courteous staff, good breakfast

The room was alright - definitely not properly cleaned. The pool was disgusting - it was cold, filled with scum and bugs and no sign saying out of order. When I inquired they said maintenance would look into it but we never saw a change (in the time we had before kids’ bedtime).

Cleanliness of the room and facilities was great!

Staff was generally positive and proactive, restaurant in lobby is good. Had to call a few times to get housekeeping because they skipped my room on the every other day basis. Had to clean bugs out of the pool everytime I went swimming otherwise a really nice hotel.

Was ok.

The tv was not working so I did not get to enjoy my show which was a high part of my stay that I did not get to do. The heater made loud noises, you could hear everything in hallways.

Room was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful but pool was not swim able due to the frigid temperature. It also did not open till 9 am. No hot tub.

Great stay, comfy beds, clean but needs a bit of updates

Actually i didn't get to stay there because of the bad snow storm & below zero temps.I was coming all the way from grand Rapids , Michigan ,6 hours away & couldn't drive there for the wedding i was supposed to attend. But Expedia or the hotel wouldn't give me a refund. This was an unexpected cancellation that i didn't anticipate & wish I could have gotten money back Or exact credit for a future stay.

Rooms were great everything was nice and clean. I wish their were more pillows.

Old building. Had to ask for housekeeping to clean the room. Fire alarm rang several time during the night for no reason and hotel refused any compensation.

Nice staff, clean, lots to watch on the tv.

Overall the stay was ok. There were too many small things that took away from the overall enjoyment of our short stay. The biggest issue was no hot water in the shower. No matter what position the habdle was in or how ling we ran the water, it remained lukewarm at best. Very disappointing. Then there was the issue with the TV remote. The remote box was botled to the back of the TV, why? It made the relay from the bed to the TV spotty at best. The signal couldn't clearly reach the receiver so changing channels was horrible. Front desk upon check in was super. Rosa checked us in quickly and provided information when asked. Overall this is one of the least favorite experiences atva Hilton.

Very friendly staff

Courteuos staff. Quick check in. Super comfy king bed and a decent breakfast that we had to pay for.

Room seemed turn upside down when we got into our room. Office chair was in the corner of the room. And arm chair had the cushion flipped up. Floors seems not vacuumed. Mirror in the bathroom was cloudy.

Very clean room, helpful front desk

Staff was wonderful. Shower was not great in the room (door didn't slide easily or stay closed). Unfortunately we picked a night where a hockey group was also staying. Lots of kids running around and doors slamming. By 11pm things quietted down.
