The fact that the water was going to shut off at 10am and I booked without this knowledge felt very shady. Having to wake up earlier just to shower was unfair especially with no warning.

The customer service was excellent and the food in the restaurant is very good. However, the showers are not warm at all - which is strange because the sink water runs warm. Our whole group was experiencing cool showers which was uncomfortable.
