We got one of the sunset suites and it was lovely. The pool is gorgeous and the room was super comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was brutally limited, and thats the only complaint we have

The hotel is ancient. The rooms are dated and dirty. There is blood stain on the pillow, and hair on the sheets. Very rude house keeping staff who insisted that there were no more clean sheets and had to go home. The buffet is pathetic - the coffee tastes like water, and you will need to pay 8 dollars for egg and bacon. We booked for four nights and decided to leave a day early. I want my money back!

Each time when I came to Toronto, I will stay to this hotel, but this time I have bad experience because my friend with me stay one day on this hotel, her luggage was delay, front deck agent said they will accept the luggage when they were delivery and give us luggage tap, they will hold two days for us because we need to check out before the luggage delivery.The front desk agent promised will hold it, but when my luggage delivery the driver said, they didn't want to accept my luggage because the front desk agent said they didn't have enough space, We had to call my friend to go pick up right away.
