Everything went perfect! Friendly helpful staff. The room blew me away, stunning jacuzzi, everything was clean. I even went swimming in the pool and the staff heated it up for me. Basic breakfast with upgrade available. Cute restaurant with good food, gave me wine glass for the room.

The entire hotel was very clean and well kept. Staff was kind and attentive. Pay the extra 8 bucks for breakfast. Worth every penny,best cooked eggs we have ever had.

Check in was easy, quick and courteous. Room was perfect for a quick 1-night stay. We did have some issues with bed cleanliness (large clump of large hairs on pillow; crumbs in bed sheet). The other bed was fine and bathroom was clean.

Subject: Disappointing Experience During Recent Stay
I am writing to share my very disappointing experience during my recent stay booked through Expedia.
I travel frequently and have trusted Expedia for many of my bookings, which is why this experience was particularly upsetting. Upon arrival, the staff were not welcoming, which immediately set a negative tone for my stay. I was assigned a non-smoking room on the first floor that clearly smelled of cigarette smoke. The carpet and curtains were visibly stained, and the bathroom sink was cracked, making the room feel poorly maintained and uncomfortable.
The first room’s smoke smell was unbearable, so I requested a change. I was moved to the room next door, which unfortunately was in even worse condition. I was then informed that there was no other availability, leaving me feeling stuck and extremely disappointed.
As someone who travels often and has booked back-to-back stays through Expedia, I genuinely did not expect this level of quality or service. This has been one of my worst travel experiences, and it has made me question my confidence in booking future stays through Expedia.

DO NOT Recommend!! Booked a room here through hotels.com was supposed to be the luxury Jacuzzi room as per my photos but was extremely disappointed to walk into this other jetted tub hotel is seriously in need of renovations. Couldn't access the front door. Had to enter some sketchy hallway back door to get in hallway smelled like smoke, not wheelchair accessible. Pool is super small and chilly. We went into it and had about 12 kids jump in after they were running around splashing yelling. No respect for other people so we left. Breakfast was okay but I would recommend maybe a couple of hot items or something with protein. I will never stay at this hotel again. I don't recommend it. There's way better places a little bit further north that I would highly recommend. Also, just another addition, the TV was in need of a new one as the sound kept crackling through the speakers, I would recommend possibly an upgrade with the TVs if you're going to charge over $200 a night. We had to bring our own device to use. because we couldn't really watch anything on that TV.

The hotel staff had a very poor attitude. The room itself was okay, but the facilities were outdated. There was no shower gel only provide hand soap. I would not stay here again.
