朝ごはんのメニューがもう少しあればよかった。 シャワーの水圧が弱い。

快適な滞在ができるコストパフォーマンスの良いホテル。コインランドリーが付いているのはありがたい。ただ、自販機で売られている洗剤は高価。洗濯をする予定があれば洗剤を持参すると良い。

Hotels.comのステータスによるのかもしれないが、11時チェックアウトを13時まで無料で延長できて助かった。朝食会場もゆったりしていて良かった。

I used to come here with my husband who has memory loss and asked the same room where he is more familiar with. However, this time I didn’t ask any specific request to the hotel. When I checked in, believe it or not, I got the same room! Thank you for your consideration! Much appreciated!

rooms are dirty I found hairs in my bed that weren’t mine hairs in the bathtub that we’re not mine and there was a centipede in the bathtub. The staff were really nice. They upgraded our rooms and gave us a new room, but I was still pretty disappointed from that.

It was semi-cold meaning there was choice of cereal with oatmeal some bread and pastry options with jam and peanut butter eggs and sausage had to be paid for it was a fruit bowl yogurt options that were very repetitive I've been there for about 8 or 9 days

We found the hotel to be subpar, have odd smelling toiletries, lack customer service and helpfulness. The cleaning staff was kind everything else was a disappointment

The overall condition of the room and facilities was very disappointing. The sofa bed was completely unusable, with the mattress in extremely poor condition and springs pushing through. The queen bed was also uncomfortable, not level, and clearly very old. The pillows were flat, worn out, and provided little support. Overall, the bedding quality was far below acceptable standards. The room furniture and fixtures were very dated, with no signs of recent renovation or updates. Everything appeared old and poorly maintained. Despite the room being advertised as soundproof, noise insulation was very poor. We could clearly hear people talking and laughing from a lower level. We contacted the front desk, but no effective action was taken, and the noise issue was not resolved. The breakfast quality was very poor, both in terms of food selection and overall experience. In addition, the main floor and lobby were extremely crowded, filled with outdated decorations and unnecessary items, making the space feel cluttered and uncomfortable rather than welcoming. Overall, the hotel felt old, poorly maintained, and not an enjoyable stay.
