The staffs are very friendly, but the facility itself needs to be upgraded. Everything is very old inside. The buffet breakfast menu is the same everyday and not that great dim sum. I am very disappointed

Nothing positive about my stay at MO Guangzhou for the last 2 days. First, my room was not ready until 4:15pm, no explanations no apology. The breakfast is the lowest level that I experienced in all the MO I have been to, and it’s even worse than the Hiltons. Chicken is hard and freshly made noodles are overcooked and mushy. The espresso had a bad taste due to either stall bins or unflushed machine. Varieties are less than half of what the Shanghai MO has,

Excellent location and great rooms

Only had time to stay here for one day but we were very impressed with the level of services provided, dining experiences within the hotel and the convenience of the location. Special call out to Catherine at the front desk and Colleñ at the concierge desk, both of whom had gone above and beyond their expected duties to assist us, making our last day in Guangzhou a truly memorable one.

Room very comfortable and clean.Bed was also comfortable.Staff courteous and helpful especially giving information to direction for local tourist attraction.Had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay.Definitely will stay at Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou for my next visit.Thank you once again!
