What Guests Say About Their Stay

We had a lovely stay and overall a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean, well presented, and had a really welcoming atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a great variety of fresh options to suit everyone – a perfect start to the day. The staff throughout the hotel were warm, friendly, and always happy to help, which really made a difference. The location is excellent, right by the NEC and very close to Birmingham Airport. We visited the Gladiator Experience at the NEC, which was so easy to reach on foot in under 10 minutes – super convenient. A special mention to Karisma, who served us food and drinks at the bar on Friday evening, even towards the end of her shift. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Her positive attitude and excellent service really stood out. Thank you to the whole team – we would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others!

Visited for a work trip at the NEC. Convenient walking distance to the NEC and resorts world. Restaurants, breakfast and gym and spa were lovely and clean and the rooms were nice too. Nothing bad to say really! Would stay again!

Quick easy check in. Friendly staff. Plenty of room in the car park when we arrived mid afternoon on a Saturday. Nice room. Quite small bathroom but adequate. Good location for resort world, NEC and train station.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was good, they ran out of cups/mugs for the hot drinks so we had to use disposable cups. Room- Hair clump found on carpet in the bedroom. Too layer of bath was damaged. Toilet roll holder was loose and we couldn’t tighten it. Corridors are noisey when people are talking, can hear everything in the rooms.

Clean, easy check in and out. Great room service. Room was a bit out of the way and difficult to find at first as was accessed by separate elevator but staff was helpful. A bit odd that bathroom had no door.

Booked a couple of weeks out. Had to cancel due to a family bereavement and was able to tell them that a week in advance. They don’t care and just stuck to their no cancellation policy for this type of booking. Won’t book or use a Hilton again!

The room I was given, was not ready and not cleaned by the previous occupant. It was bit of inconvenience having to go back to checking desk and ask for a different room. In the bathroom, one of the lightbulbs was out. I couldn't see the hairdryer, apparently it was in the wardrobe,in a bag... Gym facilities - 1 broken running machine and rower. For such a big hotel it really is a shame to have such small gym with one barbell! The staff in the gym not very helpful, I had no idea where to go, and the lockers with a tap pad ,no instructions how to use it. Once given instructions, still the lockers are very temperamental, in the end I couldn't use it. I locked about 3 but couldn't unlock them at all. Glad I didn't put my stuff inside. Wanted to eat at the restaurant, but was told it's fully booked, again very disappointed having to be turn down, and had to eat in a very noisy bar area. Overall not worth the price.
