Hilton Birmingham Metropole

Quick easy check in. Friendly staff. Plenty of room in the car park when we arrived mid afternoon on a Saturday. Nice room. Quite small bathroom but adequate. Good location for resort world, NEC and train station.

Pior hotel que ja fiquei na minha vida, equipe completamente rude, nada funciona, os funcionários nunca estão no lugar certo, péssima experiência. Nunca faco reviews, ja fiquei 3x aqui e todas as vezes foi péssimo. Não recomendo

Room, breakfast, facilities... Everything was / is good at this hotel. Have been staying for years now, and always sleep well and enjoy it!

Clean, easy check in and out. Great room service. Room was a bit out of the way and difficult to find at first as was accessed by separate elevator but staff was helpful. A bit odd that bathroom had no door.

Busy hotel, noise travels through corridor. We had trouble sleeping.

No refrigerator, microwave, ice. Lighting in rooms is impossible to do makeup. Carpet smells. Parking is terrible. Incredibly overpriced.

Booked a couple of weeks out. Had to cancel due to a family bereavement and was able to tell them that a week in advance. They don’t care and just stuck to their no cancellation policy for this type of booking. Won’t book or use a Hilton again!

Good and fresh food at breakfast, although only traditional British type of menu.

Good breakfast selection and polite staff. Rooms are falling apart, dusty, poor amenities. Not worth the extortionate money, stay somewhere else.

Room was clean but only partially renovated. Old tired bathroom. Extortionate given its in the middle of nowhere

Lovely hotel but the floor in the swimming pool changing room is very slippery. I fell over and hurt my arm and hip. Staff very helpful, but floor an accident waiting to happen.

The room I was given,was not ready and not cleaned by the previous occupant. It was bit of inconvenience having to go back to checking desk and ask for a different room. In the bathroom, one of the lightbulbs was out. I couldn't see the hairdryer, apparently it was in the wardrobe,in a bag... Gym facilities - 1 broken running machine and rower. For such a big hotel it really is a shame to have such small gym with one barbell! The staff in the gym not very helpful, I had no idea where to go, and the lockers with a tap pad ,no instructions how to use it. Once given instructions,still the lockers are very temperamental, in the end I couldn't use it. I locked about 3 but couldn't unlock them at all. Glad I didn't put my stuff inside. Wanted to eat at the restaurant,but was told it's fully booked, again very disappointed having to be turn down, and had to eat in a very noisy bar area. Overall not worth the price.

Room was clean. However, room was next to elevator which was a little noisy.

Parking is ridiculous if staying more than a night. Unsympathetic staff aswell.

Calm, relaxing stay, very friendly staff. I had a small leak in the bathroom, which was fixed quickly by a very friendly engineer. All round good experience, highly recommended comfortable stay the night before my flight

Room had an ensuite which did not have a door and was open to the bedroom, therefore the shower was at the head of the bed and worse still the toilet was just in one corner of the room. Went to reception and was told that was what I had booked and therefore there was nothing that they would do about it as I booked via Expedia and not directly with themselves. I won't be using Hilton again!!

Clean room but dated and needs modernising. Amenities were great
