Staff were really friendly and helpful

Noise first night people playing music next door. Moved rooms to a room with traffic noise outside which we didn't mind to much.

The business facilities were good

Clean warm room excellent staff wi fi fast no problems

Stay 2 or 3 times a year, usual great service.

I was in room 314 first (the outside noise was bad, as if the windows were open), moved to 223 after and unfortunately it wasn't great either (outside noise ok, people slamming doors until early in the morning, our door was shaking every time, the TV kept making loud cracking noises all night - whilst being off, toilet wasn't properly clean - I can see either pee or spray splashes still on it, bathroom walls had hairs stuck, shower drain was very slow and the shower tap was leaking, stains on the carpets inside the room and cold in the room - the heater was very low power and no additional electric heaters available, cracked walls and full on spider cob above on the ceiling).Apart from that, internet was ok, the staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast: I wouldn't have it again (English breakfast with no tomatoes or mushrooms available...just beans, eggs, bacon and sausages).

Clean room, friendly staff.

The staff are lovely. Room was clean. Parking although extra was easy. Internet was good. Cooked breakfast adequate. Teas and coffees plentiful. There is a small bar. Location for town centre access great. Unfortunately there is road noise and the bedroom doors can slam loudly which is not great at 1am.

Friendly & helpful staff. Shame there was no option for fried or poached eggs at breakfast. Comfortable room. A bit noisy early morning as our room faced busy road. Very convenient for walking into city centre and access to city walls

Great WiFi, staff friendly and courteous. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were clean. Always a great place to stay for Chester’s city centre

Staff need training. Cleaners need to learn how to clean rooms.

Room was clean staff were friendly. It was nice to be able to grab a tea or coffee in the lobby at any time. The location is excellent to hit the town Breakfast was ok, there was plenty of choice but the fact that the bacon, eggs, sausages etc were kept in warming pots after cooking made them not 'nice' i expect if we had got up earlier it would have been fresher. Would suggest more frequent rotation of the cooked elements would improve the quality and make it much more enjoyable Would stay here again
