Staff were very helpful and checking in was quick When we got in this room it stuck of smoke A trip to reception soon sorted it and a new room was allocated Room was compact but had everything you required except a bottle opener Great location for the docklands

There was constant noise from the air-conditioning device. There was noise from other guests too. Doors slamming and being verbally noisy. The restaurant could’ve had more seats and tables for busy periods. We reported the air-conditioning but it wasn’t repaired.

Only one pillow and quite hard. Worst problem was unruly guests walking around talking loudly and shouting in the early hours of the morning and waking us up. Staff were fine and breakfast was OK (choice a bit limited).

Room was clean and very quiet. A bit hot. Room service menu needs replacing. Staff very nice. Room door card stopped working a few times. Breakfast was good. There was one morning when there was a huge que for breakfast which put us off but we did have a very nice breakfast at a local cafe.
