Only stayed one night, arrived early, room ready, adequate room for one night, opposite gates to docks, breakfast ok but a little small sitting area for amount of guests but a short wait. Would stay again.

There was a good choice of food at breakfast. Cereals, continental and hot. The staff were friendly, the bar had plenty of drinks to choose from. There is also a car park at the hotel. It's a good location for Albert Dock and Liverpool 1.

Good value hotel in a great location, within easy walking distance of the docks and city centre. Staff were friendly, welcoming and professional at check-in and provided great service in the bar / restaurant. My room was very clean and comfortable with all basic amenities provided. Nothing to fault. I definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Liverpool and would stay again.

Breakfast was poor. No cutlery available, had to ask for clean cutlery. Plates and crockery were dirty with dried on food around the edges. Tables were left uncleared and breakfast food choices were minimal. Staff seemed very disinterested and when asked any questions, we were made to feel that we were a burden rather than paying guests! Would never stay in an ibis again
