There was a good choice of food at breakfast. Cereals, continental and hot. The staff were friendly, the bar had plenty of drinks to choose from. There is also a car park at the hotel. It's a good location for Albert Dock and Liverpool 1.

Good value hotel in a great location, within easy walking distance of the docks and city centre. Staff were friendly, welcoming and professional at check-in and provided great service in the bar / restaurant. My room was very clean and comfortable with all basic amenities provided. Nothing to fault. I definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Liverpool and would stay again.

Air con in the room had temperature control issues so we were frozen and ended up sleeping in our jumpers. Also a lot of noise at night from running water somewhere- we thought it was a shower but went on for hours and kept us awake until 2am.
