Kip Hotel

My room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful for items I needed, such as outlet adaptors (US vs European). Highly recommend for a reasonably priced hotel. Also, just off a tube station so I was able to hop all over the city.

Nice little place, directions to reception could be clearer and the pillows are extremely thin. Walls very thin so you can hear everything next door. But those aside, for the price is value for money and a comfy stay for the night.

Really lovely stay. Clean, safe and friendly

No window, no tea or coffee making facilities you had to go down to reception for hot drinks. Bed pillows hard not comfortable then flashing smoke alarm all night. Needles to say i will not stay there again

Great cheap hotel. Maybe the rooms could do with some ventilation. It's got a bit stuffy over night and in the summer it would be like an oven.

Close to All Points East

Website stated there was a car park! When we arrived we were told there was no longer a car park and being strangers in London, we had to drive round and find a secure car park 4 miles away which cost an additional £60. Also advised by the receptionist to park at the local Tesco which is not great

The Staff are 10/10! Amazing service

The room was compact but had a lovely large shower! Everything was spick and span! For a cheap budget hotel it did exactly what it should extremely reasonably. If you followed them in instagram you also got free coffee.

couldn’t fit in the ‘double’ bed length ways as a 5’8” person… odd wooden frame cut off a chunk of the bed…

I was a bit worried about staying here because of some negative reviews and that it is a 2 star hotel. It was by far the cheapest place available in the area which made me skeptical however I was pleasantly surprised. Location was perfect, right near the overground and the main high street where there are loads of shops, bars etc. the room itself was spacious enough, tidy and reasonably clean. The staff were also super helpful, friendly and approachable. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area and would recommend to anyone staying in Hackney on a budget.

Had a great stay here, right next to the overground, easy to find. Not much eating places around but the actual rooms itself have everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

Booked a room during our visit for All Points East and it did exactly what was needed. A no frills 1 night stay. The pillow was as soft as concrete and no air con but perfectly fine stay for our needs.

Decent budget hotel, very convenient 1 minute walk from the DLR train station. Recommended.

Overall really pleased,room was much larger than I'd expected, nicely designed and beds were comfy too. We found the room very hot and air-conditioning cut out but it was a hot August day, I didnt realise how loud the trains would be at night but completely understand that is reflected in the price. It wasn’t a constant noise it was just really loud now and again but my family weren't too bothered.

Blood and urine stained mattress protector. That’s all I can say.

I enjoy my stay in the hotel and feel comfortable in the services I advise the management to always provide kettle, tea or coffee, milk, sugar, butter and all the necessary breakfast items in the rooms

Noisy. Both inside and out. You can't do much about the roadworks outside so that was just unlucky, but if I closed the window the aircon was too noisy to sleep with. Also people were playing loud music in a room nearby. So the choice was noisey and stuffy or noisier and fresh.
