perfect for an overnight stay. Beds aren't the comfiest but very convenient

The staff was absolutely lovely and friendly. I didn't sleep well though. The room was way too hot and the air con was broken. I was given a fan but it made no difference then on top of that, my pillows were like slabs of concrete, im pretty sure the blood stopped circulating in my head laying on them so I had to pile up my clothes and use that instead. The room was nice, very basic however there was no tea/coffee making facilities hence free coffee or tea at reception. Yes you hear people opening and closing their doors but it's a hotel, that's inevitable. To be honest, I would stay again as it's in a good location for the Oslo which is a stones throw away and the price was good. Just next time I'll have to bring my own pillow, kettle and fan!

Clean room

Great stay in a room which has almost everything - would have loved a little fridge to keep my water cold, but apart from that it was perfect. The staff were extra nice.

Hôtel au pied de la gare avec des cafés et 2 bons pubs à proximité dans un coin animé mais plutôt calme. Je mets 5 étoiles pour le prix payé, le confort n’est peut-être pas optimal dans la chambre simple (pas de fenêtre), mais au moins elle a sa salle de bain, et pour ce prix à Londres, quand on ne veut pas dormir dans une capsule et éviter les auberges c’est le meilleur compromis

Nice clean sheets - bed comfortable but a slight struggle in and out with arthritic knees but on the whole fab value for money

Clean, quite, good location

For the price I cannot moan at all about this hotel and in fact it is better than a lot of hotels I have stayed in. My room did not have a window but this isn't something that bothers me. I had plugs by the bed, a tv, hangers that came off the rail, toiletries and towels. Plus loads of storage including drawers under the bed. Free wifi and free coffee as well as being clean and comfy. If you're looking for a decent place to lay your head in the capital that has a no frills yet comfortable and warm vibe. this is your place.

Clean room, easy check in and friendly staff

First time staying here. It was discounted so great value for a double. The room was big, nice design and colour. Love the shelving and the plant as things like that make you feel you’re not in a hotel. It was quiet except for someone banging at 6.30am. It was clean. Bed comfy. Nice bathroom with awesome shower. The next day was fully booked so I moved on, but I recommend it. There are no coffee-making facilities in the room, but you can get that from reception. Plus the location is great. Really like the room design!

Ideal for those traveling on a budget. The train/tube is nearly connected to the hotel making it ideal for moving through London. I’ve already booked my next stay.
