房間整潔舒適，但會聽到overground的聲音，關窗後情況可接受。職員態度一般。Hackney 區感覺不太安全，夜晚還看到街外人在酒店門口垃圾桶旁上廁所，很不衛生也讓我們覺得很不安。

Great option for budget overnight stay. Very clean and quiet. Couldn't turn the large TV screen off though - kept switching back on during the night...

Nice and clean

I had a very basic room without a window, it was a bit noisy and I could see how it would be difficult if it was hot - but frankly for the price it was really good value and had everything I needed - my friend had a bigger room with en-suite and windows that was a bit more expensive and if I stayed again I would opt for that. The main thing was that it was safe and secure and was really well located for what I was there to do.

Reception staff were friendly but the room was too stuffy, no windows at all & very cramped in general. The walls were super thin so could hear everything. Which caused a major distraction to sleeping, however a good price for London, very close to public transport links.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Geschäfte, Overground Bahn alles ums Eck. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr freundlich und stets bemüht. Das ich ein fensterloses Zimmer bekam wusste ich und war vorbereitet, jedoch war es unglaublich warm, so dass ich jede Nacht extrem schwitzte. Und das Bett stand zwischen zwei Wänden, so dass ich mich selbst kaum ausstrecken konnte. Aber es war total ruhig in diesem Zimmer, da absolut kein Straßenlärm hereinkam. Nur das knallen der Türen der Zimmernachbarn. Ich bekam daraufhin ein Zimmer mit Fenster. Die Putzleute sind auch stets bemüht. Nun jedoch das Leider: Bettlaken waren stellenweise gerissen, hatten Löcher, Kopfkissen waren gelblich und hatten Flecken und Haare waren auf den Laken. Die Gemeinschaftsdusche wurde immer gründlich gereinigt, Jedoch wissen manche Bewohner nicht wie man eine Klobürste benutzt. Das erlebe ich in Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen so oft. Würde dieses Hotel wieder wählen, aber dann mit eigenem Badezimmer/Klo.

perfect for an overnight stay. Beds aren't the comfiest but very convenient

The staff was absolutely lovely and friendly. I didn't sleep well though. The room was way too hot and the air con was broken. I was given a fan but it made no difference then on top of that, my pillows were like slabs of concrete, im pretty sure the blood stopped circulating in my head laying on them so I had to pile up my clothes and use that instead. The room was nice, very basic however there was no tea/coffee making facilities hence free coffee or tea at reception. Yes you hear people opening and closing their doors but it's a hotel, that's inevitable. To be honest, I would stay again as it's in a good location for the Oslo which is a stones throw away and the price was good. Just next time I'll have to bring my own pillow, kettle and fan!

Clean room

Great stay in a room which has almost everything - would have loved a little fridge to keep my water cold, but apart from that it was perfect. The staff were extra nice.

Hôtel au pied de la gare avec des cafés et 2 bons pubs à proximité dans un coin animé mais plutôt calme. Je mets 5 étoiles pour le prix payé, le confort n’est peut-être pas optimal dans la chambre simple (pas de fenêtre), mais au moins elle a sa salle de bain, et pour ce prix à Londres, quand on ne veut pas dormir dans une capsule et éviter les auberges c’est le meilleur compromis

Was asked for id which i didnt have as i'm an english citizen checking into a hotel in my own country! There was no mention of this on hotels.com!!
