The room was spotless, fresh an comfortable. The staff were, extremely helpful,polite and professional. The hob was not working, it was highlighted for their maintenance team. This was the only small issues. However the microwave/oven served sufficiently for us.

Positive: The room was amazing, spacious, kitchenette’s appliances are good quality (using smeg cooker, washing machine), dishwasher and great crockery. All the furnitures they use are very unique and comfortable. The location is amazing with Millenium Bridge as the cafe’s view, delicious pastry and other choices for breakfast. Negative: Despite giving 5* I was surprised to see the toilet bowl was dirty, there was old black stained (room 416) and I noticed your guests toilets on the basement were clean. So it doesn’t make sense.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a very welcoming staff who were ready to assist in any way possible. Room was clean and well prepared. Would stay here for my next trip back to London.

I booked a city studio, and in their photos it showed a sofa and real windows. But the room they gave me has a fake window and no sofa at all. I feel like they gave me a cheaper micro room instead. This hotel used to be my favourite, but now I don’t think I’ll stay there again

Nice and clean Not really a four stars hotel as I’m used to and a bit expensive, but probably in line with London prices 🙁 Well in the center and easy connections with all the city. All in all, also if knowing it is a bit expensive, I would use it again

Clean but no cleaning if you don't stay for longer. You need to request a refresh. I didn't know that, even though it was not needed in my case. Smaller rooms but modern. No windows in mine. Smaller placed with lower ceilings but cozy, clean, and modern. Good customer service via WhatsApp.

Rooms are very dark. Bed had a huge dip in it, shower was broken and shower gel was empty. Reception staff in check in were not very welcoming. Stayed at a few of the Lockes, would not recommend this one.

Rooms- Yes, rooms as in multiple rooms. The first room assigned to us, there was a thiiicckk layer of dust underneath the drawers and under the bed. This could not have accumulated overnight but over months of not cleaning under it. I started sneezing and my son was coughing when we stayed in the room. When my husband complained about the disgusting state, they offered a different room. When my husband checked the first room that was offered, there still was a thick layer of dust underneath the drawers to which the staff even looked under and was apologetic. The second room was better so we agreed to move to a different room. The towel rack did not work and temperature cannot be changed in the room. We have raised the concern of the towel rack and room temperature 3 times but nothing has been done. The staff were amazing and accommodating and tried to do their best with the situation.

Very comfortable room, soft bed and nice bathrooom. The kitchenette was well provisioned. Staff were cheerful and helpful. The hotel was young and trendy, perhaps I’m a bit older than there target market. Location was execellent, very central but fairly quiet. The lighting in the room could have been a bit brighter is the only suggestion I could make.

The room was clean, the bed is comfy, the room was good although I could have expected cheaper given that we were in the first floor facing a wall 3 or 4 floors high. Another bad thing is the socket and switch at the same height than the mattress on the side of the bed against the wall, which it was annoying AF and the switch wasn't working properly. Raise it 1m, fix it, and no problem at all, so just bad design. Everything else, it was good, quite boring location, but quick to access with the central line.

When we arrived early we were allowed to check in. Staff are lovely. Room with a view is amazing and the room is really cool. Literally. Since arriving we have had no heating and despite asking at reception a couple of times nothing has happened. Sitting in a scarf looking at that view! The place is clean but some surfaces like shelves above bed are very dusty. Shame because these really small things could be sorted and the room would be perfect.
