Absolutely dreadful experience. Don't get fooled by their fancy photos/visuals on SNS. It's nowhere near as nice in reality. - ***We were NOT allowed to store our luggage on the day we checked out. They initially said it was possible, then somehow changed their mind. (Later they argued there isn't enough space.) - Some lights were not working (or flickering to be more precise). - Several power outlets were not functioning. - There were sticky stains on the toilet wall. - Staffs seemed untrained.

위치 : 지하철역 5분거리 (mansion hause) 테이트모던(밀레니엄교) 바로 다리건너 세인트폴대성상 5분거리 호텔룸이 전반적으로 살짝 어둡긴하나, 탬즈강뷰를 직접적으로 볼수있고, 런던의 3대 전시관중 하나인 테이트모던 바로앞입니다. 호텔 직원들은 너무 친절했고, 조식서비스는 없으나 아침 7시 1층카페에서 먹기에는 편했습니다. 위치자체가 좋아서 대부분 지하철없이 걸어다니기도 편했습니다. Location: 5 minutes away from the subway station (mansion hause) Tate Modern, right across the bridge St. Paul's Great Castle 5 minutes away The hotel room is a little dark in general, but you get a direct view of the River Thames, and it's right in front of Tate Modern, one of the top three exhibition in London. The hotel staff were so friendly, and there was no breakfast service, but it was convenient to eat at the cafe on the first floor at 7 a.m. The location itself was good, so it was easy to walk around without the subway.

바닥에 먼지 가득

깔끔하고 편안한 부티크 호텔입니다. 스텝들도 친절하고 시설도 깨끗하고 최신입니다. 실내가 어두운 것과 버스정류장이나 지하철역에서 생각보다 접근성이 떨어지는 것이 단점입니다. 리버뷰로 선택하면 방 안에서 테이트 모던과 밀레니엄 브릿지, 샤드를 볼 수 있습니다.

아주 좋았어요

한국인 후기가 많이 없어서 고민 고민했는데 나름 좋은거 같아요 공항에서 호텔까지 올때는 튜브에 에스컬레이터 없어서 너무 힘들었지만 그거빼고 관광지 왔다 갔다 할때는 편했어요!! 근처에 폴대성당, 밀레니엄브릿지가 근처에 있어서 그런가 사람들도 많아서 밤에 다닐때도 안전했습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 깨끗해서 좋았어요. 단점은 일주일에 청소는 한번밖에 안해주고 기본제공되는 생수 없어요 (그건 쫌 당황스러웠음)

런던의 주요 관광지를 도보로 이동할 수 있는 아주 좋은 곳에 위치하고 있고, 간이주방이 잘 갖추어져 있어 가족 여행에 최적임

숙소 위치, 다리위에서의 뷰 자체가 환상이다. 추천드립니다.

Nice layout to room. The mattress was a bit soft and worn. No forks in the drawers in the kitchen. Dark room but cosy, pleasant staff.

Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung im Zimmer

The room/apartment was clean and smelled strong of cleaning products. The towels smelled too much of chlorine, which is both good and bad. It was also convenient to have all the stuff we need to make food in the room. Generally, no complains about the room. However, we extended our stay for one night and on our last night, my husband got stuck in the lift for more than half an hour. The staff were helpful assisting us but the only compensation offered was a room upgrade and free breakfast, which we didn't avail of since it would have been an extra hassle to move rooms and we left really early the next day to catch our flight. We haven't been contacted since we left.

Not cleaned well. Hair on shower walls and furniture.

Staff: everyone we dealt with was excellent. Housekeeping: sheets washed with some very chemical smelling detergent. Toxic. Had the windows proped over for hours even though it was cold. There was rubbish under the bed. Design: good size and layout. However, completely form over function! Couch/sofa was less comfortable than a park bench. Looked funky though! Lighting brought to you by an Emo Goth who doesn't want you to actually see inside cupboards. We has headtorches, so all good and were able to use kitchen after sunset. Wild how they fit a washing machine under that small counter (and washing machine!), but they only give you two of everything, and even if you used every plate and spoon it would still look empty! How about just providing a dish rack so we can wash our two plates? Or maybe provide some dish washing tablets too! Maintenance: oh boy. Where to start? Heated towel rail doesn't heat. Batheroom basin has not hot water. Seriously? Basin tap comes off when you use it. Maybe related to lack of HW? Two windows that swing out at the bottom and are meant to stay open, as I have used this type many times. These don't so if yoy want fresh air you will have to jam something in the gap to hold it open. Only one of two elevators working during our 3 day stay. Audio messaging in elevator was hilarious mumble of a foreign language number, maybe. Overall: good stay despite all the minor annoyances-- staff, good location but we'll look elsewhere next London visit.

I booked a city studio, and in their photos it showed a sofa and real windows. But the room they gave me has a fake window and no sofa at all. I feel like they gave me a cheaper micro room instead. This hotel used to be my favourite, but now I don’t think I’ll stay there again

Wir hatten die Kategorie Micro Zimmer. Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, direkt an der Themse. Mit der Metro super erreichbar. Toller Service.

Nice and clean Not really a four stars hotel as I’m used to and a bit expensive, but probably in line with London prices 🙁 Well in the center and easy connections with all the city. All in all, also if knowing it is a bit expensive, I would use it again
