The staff were welcoming and very helpful. We arrived early expecting to store our bags ahead of check in. I signed up to the Accor Club was immediately upgraded to a premium room which we checked into straight away. Great location for the National Theatre and Borough Market

Room was clean and nice shower. Staff very nice, lovely restraunt area and bar area. We stayed for a week, it would have been handy if the bedside tables and the dressing table had drawers for extra storage. Most of the breakfast was very good but the hot buffet could have done with keeping the food at a slightly higher temperature.

Very helpful staff, who changed my room to somewhere quieter when I said I was a light sleeper. It was a lovely room. Very near south bank centre- I walked there, and back. It felt safe as I stayed on my own. Amenities available locally.

The location was superb. The room was excellent - spacious, clean & just the right temperature. The staff were all helpful & friendly. Check-in was seemless. The breakfast was scrummy, everything you could wish for was available & fresh. A very comfortable stay - will definitely return.

The location was exceptional. It was Close to most attractions and tube stations. The biggest disappointment was pulling back the bedding to see yellowish stains on the sheets. They were also on the pillowcases and mattress protector I mentioned to the front desk and they were going to have housekeeping change. When we came back, the bed was made but still stained bedding. Also, the towels were not soft and looked dingy.
