A fantastic stay was had at this hotel. We were really impressed with the quality and hospitality presented to us. Would definitely stay here again!

Der Empfang war unkompliziert und,sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer etwas klein,aber komplett ausgestattet. Wasserspender auf dem Flur. Top Lage nahe der Themse. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Hôtel avec un tres bon rapport qualité prix. La literie est au top ! Les chambres propres, pas très grande mais bon.

Decent Hotel if you are able bodied. The staff were all helpful, paricularly Cameron who went above and beyond what was expected of him. When I booked the Hotel it stated it had wheelchair access. However this was around the back and it was very difficult to access. The pavement was blocked so I had to go on to the road. Not only that there were deep gutters and a drain cover which were difficult to get my wheelchair over. I had to have assistance after I tried myself and almost tipped my wheelchair over. I damaged my.wheelchair in the process. Once over the gutters it was a very steep incline up to the ramp to enter the hotel. The rear door access to the hotel was not automatic, so was difficult to open on my own.

I have been using this Mercure hotel for around 13 years for work and non work stays in London. It’s in a good location to get to where I want to go. The hotel has been improved over the years and the staff never fail to be helpful and polite. And in general I find it a good hotel to stay at. A plus point for me are the refillable water bottles in your room. However, there are some small touches that seem an insignificant, can be tad irritating when not done e.g. only one glass in a room for 2, can’t get the TV to work and milk/coffee not refilled, plus after going down to the bar upon a late arrival for a ‘night cap’, to find the beer pumps are turned off at 11pm - no idea till you get to the bar. That said Aussie sounding (sorry if not!) chap on reception was very helpful and sorted the glass, TV and milk, with no quibbles.

The room was quite comfortable, breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly, professional and always willing to help.

Zentrale Lage nahe London Bridge. Ruhige Straße aber leider lassen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen, somit etwas stickig trotz Klimaanlage.

Everything was good-the location, staff, amenities, etc. However, last morning electricty to the telephone, coffee pot, A/C, alarm cl;ock and 1 wall socket didn't work.

A lovely hotel in a great location with tasteful, modern decor and an extremely comfortable bed. Particularly liked it as it was so quiet. Many hotels state that they are soundproofed but actually dont appear to be. The Mercure Bankside was certainly peaceful and relaxing. Dog friendly too for a charge of £15 daily. Very pleasant and helpful staff from start to finish. Glass bottle included in the room to fill up from drinking water point on the hotel landing. Thought this was a great idea as it offered water as required and no plastic waste. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Chambre fonctionnelle, petit déjeuner correct sans plus. J'ai regretté qu'il n'y ait aucun article de toilette à part le savon et le shampooing. C'est un peu juste pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Le personnel était aimable et serviable.

Fully functional basic hotel. It was comfortable and practical. Nothing special, but was quiet enough, amd staff were nice.
