I loved the free cookies at reception, it was such a nice touch. The staff were super attentive and helped me with making my stay very comfortable while I was here on a work trip. Thank you Mecure Bankside for a wonderful stay!

Overall our stay was excellent. The only problem was the bathroom sink which would not drain. We informed the staff, but it was never fixed (I think they took a look at it, but the problem was never fixed).

Great location for us, staff very friendly and efficient. Room was very quiet, clean and met our needs. One minor comment would be while there is a small wardrobe fir hanging up clothes there is very little shelf or drawer space for other storage of clothes which may be an issue if you had a longer stay?
