Very satisfied with our one night stay on July 5th. Room clean, spacious, with two fans! Staff were friendly and helpful, Loved the breakfast, lots of choice , Gluten free bread provided. Parking easy, plenty of space out front. 100% positive!

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself has a nice location overlooking New Walk. Its an older building so there are a few creaky floorboards, not a big deal in itself, but other than that the stay was quiet and restful. No aircon in the room we had, not usually a problem but of course we picked the hotest June week on record... the room was equipped with a fan which helped. Very pleased with the hotel and would definitely stay there again. Car park was busy but we found a spot. Room and hotel in general were very clean.

Stayed in the Space themed room, one of the few rooms with air conditioning though it was a really hot day and it wasn’t especially effective. However, overall the experience was excellent with a wonderful breakfast, excellent complimentary coffee/tea in rooms and quality toiletries in the bathroom. Will happily stay again, though hopefully it won’t be quite as hot next time!

Fantastic hotel on the outskirts of the city centre. You’re able to take a nice walk into town. We passed the train station on the way into the city centre so easily walkable from there. It’s close to the curve theatre and the parking is included. The breakfast was very good. The staff here were lovely and made this a place I would return to stay at.

Clean room. Great facilities. Staff were helpful and friendly. Smiles, greetings and politeness from reception staff, cleaners and restaurant staff. The breakfast was nice. Pastries slightly overcooked this time. Good choice of food and you can have your eggs cooked how you want. If I stayed again I would request a room at the back (facing car park) like the last time I stayed as much quieter. Great location to explore Leicester.

Great location, easy walking distance of city, and train station. Free parking was the main attraction, unusual so close to a city centre. Lots oof bars and restaurants, just around the corner. We loved Leicester. There was a fan in the bedroom, which was fine as it wasn't hot while we were there, but in next week's heat, I think the rooms will be too hot?

Great location next to the station. Nice building, with a cool, old-timey vibe. It felt like a traditional British hotel - I was visiting with a bunch of Canadians who appreciated that. The bar was a good amenity. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable (I put my handbag on the bed and we laughed that it basically sunk it), the shower didn't work (it was some weird electric shower thing, so I had to go and use the shower in a friend's room), and the door didn't shut/lock. But it was pretty good value, so I'd probably stay again if I ever found myself in Leicester.

Stayed here for one night and we weren’t disappointed. We stayed in a superior double room which was a lovely large room, extremely comfortable, very clean, and had a lovely view. The room didn’t have air conditioning so got very warm due to the recent heatwave but there was a fan so it was ok and was beyond the hotel’s control. It was a very short walk to the theatre and the centre which was very convenient. Breakfast was lovely, the restaurant staff were so friendly and efficient which was also the case for the reception staff. Free parking at the hotel which is always a bonus. Overall a lovely traditional hotel which we would most definitely recommend.
