An excellent hotel to stay I recommend this to anyone going to Birmingham I will stay there again and again the hotel is elegant and the location oh my goodness it was hard to locate the hotel but one of the staff came stayed on the phone with us and came to our location to get us.

The hotel was fantastic, staff very helpful. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and had good amenities. The location is great, I would definitely stay here again. My only gripe was the discount voucher for drinks in the bar - this was applied, but then a service fee was added to the bill which amounted to the same (10%), so it seemed a bit pointless!

Centrally located, Lovely hotel. Just about a 5 minute walk from Birmingham New Street station. Rooms are lovely. Breakfast is adequate, not superb, though. Grand Central Kitchen does the best breakfast, and a reasonable price.
