I spent five nights at the resident Victoria. The rooms were very quiet. Did not hear neighbors on either side. The bed was comfortable. The shower and the bathroom were always clean. There was a kitchenette. It had microwave and refrigerator. Also had plates, glasses, cups, bowls and some silverware. There is a market around the corner so I was able to tix some in room meals. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. If I ever have to be back in that area, I will definitely consider using the resident Victoria. It was close to Buckingham Palace. It was about 15 to 20 minute walk from Westminster Abbey and Parliament, and about 15 minute walk to the Victoria underground station. The staff was very attentive. Anytime I had an issue or a question they were quick to answer it for me. Loved my stay, loved London. Hope to come back someday.

Absolutely charming property steps from buckingham palace. Immaculately clean, comfortable beds, in room nesspresso machines with dairy in the refrigerator! Super helpful and warm staff who genuinely want to help. Absolutely perfect place to call home while exploring London. Thank you to the whole team

We loved this hotel! Great location! Nice decor! Super helpful staff! There were a little of little extras that made it extra pleasant su y as the staff turning on the AC ahead of check-in, the free glass of wine at 7pm even though it was the end of the wine hour, and early check in. The room was spacious and modern. Everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay here. It's across the street from a small theater and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The room was perfect for two and the AC was nice and cold for our summer stay. The staff were amazing and helped us with suggestions and directions. I highly recommend The Resident Victoria!

Our stay at the Resident Victoria was fantastic. We were first timers at this hotel. To a person, the staff were amazing. Welcoming and friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful with things like the best way to get to the airport. The hotel is located in an area that is accessible to the Tube but not overrun with crowds. We wanted to be in a quieter location but still have access to parks and pubs. The rooms were clean and with the kitchenette, we had options and flexibility. They were also a bit larger than the locations in Soho and Covent Garden. I would highly recommend the hotel.

The Resident is so convenient to Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station and the theaters. The staff is so kind and helpful. We had one room with two twins and one with a king bed and they each had a kitchen in the closet that included coffee / tea, hot water heater, nespresso machine, sink with filtered water and microwave. It was fabulous. The beds are extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend and will return on my next trip to London.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is perfectly located and provides everything you need for a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable, the room being well equipped with lovely toiletries and a great kitchenette. Reception was welcoming. Check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. The staff were outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. They were super helpful and added personal touches which were extremely thoughtful. Big shout out to Lawrence who was super friendly, professional and without a doubt made our stay extra special. We will definitely be returning and look forward to experiencing the superior service again.
