I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is perfectly located and provides everything you need for a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable, the room being well equipped with lovely toiletries and a great kitchenette. Reception was welcoming. Check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. The staff were outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. They were super helpful and added personal touches which were extremely thoughtful. Big shout out to Lawrence who was super friendly, professional and without a doubt made our stay extra special. We will definitely be returning and look forward to experiencing the superior service again.

The rooms are very clean, air conditioning works well. The tap in the kitchen has a Brita filter built in. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were amazing and thoroughly professional. And you cannot beat the location if you want to be close to the Buckingham Palace.

Room was clean and spacious, staff was super friendly, was in a great neighborhood that was clean and safe. Walking distance to a great supermarket, restaurants, and the Victoria underground line, so made it super accessible to all of London! Would definitely stay here again.

Location great! It was very warm so air conditioning didn’t seem to want to work as well as we would’ve expected. The shower was hard to get at a comfortable temp…it was either very hot or cold. The staff were accommodating and very helpful! All in all, it was a good stay.

Lovely hotel with the friendliest reception team in London. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and sights so it's a good base to get to everything. The room had excellent aircon, great amenities and was so quiet. I will be returning to this fabulous hotel.

What a find! Fantastic location and beautifully maintained gem of a hotel, steps from Buckingham Palace and the tube station. The staff were knowledgeable and incredibly helpful with suggestions for places to eat (the Bed of Nails pub was excellent)and options for getting to Heathrow airport. Our room was spotlessly clean, well appointed with plenty of space for our extensive luggage. The bathroom was large with a luxurious shower. Room service Breakfast can be ordered in advance. There is no breakfast area nor bar and the foyer area is not large. However if you are looking for an exceptional place to stay in a great location for a reasonable price, the Resident is hard to beat. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel and staff. A 5 star stay all round!

We loved this hotel. We only spent two nights here, but wish we had had more time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the room was excellent. The hotel itself is situated in a very nice area, literally two minutes walking to Buckingham Palace and maybe five minutes to Westminster Cathedral. It's also very close to Victoria Station, which made it easy for us to access the Underground. There is also a nice little covered shopping center close by with some nice restaurants. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

This was one of the best hotel that I’ve stayed in Europe ever!! The location is amazing , just 5 minutes walk from Buckingham Palace!! The room is big, bed super comfortable and everything is so clean in this hotel! And the staff… wow…is so amazing! Guys at the reception always welcome you with a smile and asking is there anything you need to make your stay more enjoyable!
