I spent five nights at the resident Victoria. The rooms were very quiet. Did not hear neighbors on either side. The bed was comfortable. The shower and the bathroom were always clean. There was a kitchenette. It had microwave and refrigerator. Also had plates, glasses, cups, bowls and some silverware. There is a market around the corner so I was able to tix some in room meals. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. If I ever have to be back in that area, I will definitely consider using the resident Victoria. It was close to Buckingham Palace. It was about 15 to 20 minute walk from Westminster Abbey and Parliament, and about 15 minute walk to the Victoria underground station. The staff was very attentive. Anytime I had an issue or a question they were quick to answer it for me. Loved my stay, loved London. Hope to come back someday.

Absolutely charming property steps from buckingham palace. Immaculately clean, comfortable beds, in room nesspresso machines with dairy in the refrigerator! Super helpful and warm staff who genuinely want to help. Absolutely perfect place to call home while exploring London. Thank you to the whole team

We loved this hotel! Great location! Nice decor! Super helpful staff! There were a little of little extras that made it extra pleasant su y as the staff turning on the AC ahead of check-in, the free glass of wine at 7pm even though it was the end of the wine hour, and early check in. The room was spacious and modern. Everything was perfect!
