버킹엄 궁전과 도보 5분거리인 이 숙소는 여행하기 좋은 위치에 있는 깔끔하고 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 저와 와이프는 이 호텔에서 2박 숙박하였고 편안하게 여행을 즐겼습니다. 여행지로 가는 교통은 가히 최고라고 할수 있습니다. 빅벤, 웨스트뮌스터 사원등 주요 관광지는 도보로 가능하고, 뮤지컬 보기위한 피카딜리 서커스 등은 지하철 또는 이층버스로 쉽게 이동도 가능합니다. 특히 스태프들이 정말 친절하여 기분좋은 여행을 할수 있습니다.

You know you are going to enjoy your stay by how you are first greeted. The receptionist was very friendly, welcoming, professional and kind. Second the room was small but warm and cosy. Very clean & spotless. The staff made by birthday feel extra special with the gifts that welcomed me. Even prior to my staff, the email I received welcoming me was very kind like talking to a friend. Would and will be staying again. Would highly recommend this hotel for the location, the friendly and professional staff and the cleanliness of the room… 10/10

Room was very clean and comfortable. Appreciated the location was close to The Underground and other interesting tourist sites.

Wonderful location and staff

The room was very clean, had all the amenities and I love that the kitchenette had a filtered tap water! It also has an empty fridge we can store everything in, a microwave AND a kettle! Also real dishes to eat off of. No laundry room but there is a towel warmer that we used to dry off hand washed clothes. The location is FANTASTIC! Right across the street from Buckingham palace but just out of the way so it's not super busy. The metro station, Victoria was also 5 min walk which was fantastic. We used that station for everything, and there is so much great food around. A favourite brunch place nearby was Timmy Green. Staff was so nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Great stay!

Our room was on the ground floor( basement) with a tiny window and was very small. We were obviously over a under ground line as we felt everyone train traveling past. The room was illogically lain out and the small double bed was in a corner against a wall which mean to get out from that side was difficult. Overall we were not impressed and overpriced for what we got

Really nice hotel and attentive staff. Brilliant location only minutes from the tube and Buckingham palace

Stayed here for 4 nights at the end of October 2025. Situated a 3 minute walk from Buckingham Palace and close to numerous shops, restaurants, groceries and transit including Victoria Station. The room wasn't large however it was spotless and included a small fridge to store left overs and chill a beverage. No ice machines but you can ask staff for an ice bucket. Speaking of the staff they are absolutely phenomenal! The level of customer service deserves more than 5 stars. Any request they were more then happy to help. Coming in we were always greeted warmly and were offered glasses of wine and snacks many times. My wife doesn't drink so they made her a nice hot chocolate instead. I highly recommended the Resident Victoria if you're planning a trip to London!

Excellent experience from the very warm check in to the check out. Made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Room was spacious by European standards. Central to many tourist attractions.
