It was good hotel to stay over 3 nights for me, easy access to local attractions. The Passage to the entrance is disappointed cos the two shops between are empty and few people sit on floor outside the premise. No tea or coffee in room.

We chose this hotel for its central location and convenient walking distance to the city center. The location was excellent, and breakfast was very good with plenty of variety — definitely worth the small extra cost. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It felt cheap, with several broken items. A wall socket was damaged and sticking out, which felt unsafe. The lamp above the bed was barely secured and looked like it could fall. The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable to use. Although the location and breakfast were positives, I would not stay here again.

The hotel is located in a very central area, making walking to the main attractions very easy. The hotel facilities were average and good for a cheap stay but no kettle or fridge etc. Staff were polite and friendly but the biggest let down was the thin room walls which meant we could hear conversations and snoring from other rooms.

The hotel is situated perfectly if you are looking to explore the City centre. However, our room was ridiculously small. If it had a single bed, and was sold as a single room it would have been adequate. But with a double bed, and two people in the room, with luggage, it simply wasn't big enough to even function properly. We felt it was poor.
