J'ai eu une chambre la 317 médiocre, un lit pourri à croir qu'il a été récupéré dehors en déchetterie 😡😡😡😡 j'ai demandé de changer la chambre, il m'ont donné un placard, une chambre la 2040 sans même fenêtre,.... 😤😤😤

Chambre assez petite mais fonctionnelle. La douche est trop petite et le pommeau est vraiment pas efficace, soit disant pommeau écologique mais ma douche a duré bien plus longtemps au final. Bien dommage, seul vrai point négatif

The hotel is very central, however, my room was shabby and in need of refurbishment. I didn't find the staff very helpful in comparison to other places I've stayed, and the hotel amenities weren't explained to me. This is a small thing but there was no hairdryer in the room, on asking at reception, there is a shared one which isn't great if someone else already has it. Breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.
My main concern was access to the hotel as a solo female traveller. It's between two commercial premises and set back from the shopping street, with the hotel above. It's open and quite dark, like being in a subway, until you get the secure door to access the hotel lift and stairs, with reception up on the floor above. I would have preferred to stay somewhere where I felt safer.

Le petit dej est bien par contre.
Le hall d’entrée de l’hôtel fait coupe gorge

The hotel is located near the main square Grand’Place so is close to a lot of sightseeing places and transportation. The staff were police and friendly however the hotel didn’t have all the amenities listed and the shower hose was broken.
Overall it’s a good hotel as a base and to sleep.

Je ne peux pas croire que ce soit un 3 étoiles. Des chambres sans aucune déco. Éclats de peinture, pas de sèche cheveux même un petit au mur, pas de bouilloire même avec un petit mug… 150€ la nuit ! Seul le petit dej est 3 étoiles mais l’établissement ….:-(
