We stayed there for 4 nights( me,hubby and 2 kids). Good location, near shopping centre, near to disney, clean, so comfy bed, !! I’ll stay there again if going back to val the Europe

Staff were incredibly helpful the whole stay, starting from checking in a day late due to flight issues, to helping us navigate the metro and where to go! The rooms were cleaned once a day, and fresh towels every other day. There’s a luggage room where they can store your bags on check out day if needed. Overall very friendly staff and great communication. The room was spotless and the kitchenette had everything we needed as well.

If you are wanting quick access to the train station this is the place to stay! Just across the street. Esp if you are going to Disneyland. It is one train stop away from Disneyland, and this lets you off basically at the front gate.

Breakfast has some good option, I especially loved the option of boiling your own eggs instead of the cold eggs I'm use to having back in America. The front desk guy Bikas or Vigas( not sure if I spelt that right) was very helpful in explaining how to take the train to Eiffel tower. We even got some empty cards to load credits on to take the trian. Everyone at the hotel were willing to help as much as they could. Clean bathrooms

Excellent location. Right next to the RER station. Front desk staff was friendly. Lobby was nice and they had water refill station. Room was in poor condition. Seems very dirty. Mold in the bathroom. Floor was dirty. Not sure they even wiped the floor. Amenities was good. Had safety box. Full kitchen. Even dishwasher. (We didn’t use). Coffee machine. Kettle. Evening staff was not good. We were missing pillows and towels and the staff wasn’t happy to help. Claimed that she was only staff in the evening. Sofa bed wasn’t set up. They told you to pull it out yourself even I booked a room for 4 ppl. Overall just seems dirty.

My remote did not work.. so I could not watch TV. I went down to the front to ask for help and the guy was working alone so he could not leave the desk to do what he needed to in order to help. He wrote my room number down and.. nothing.

If this hotel had been labeled a 2 or 3 star hotel it would have been great. But for a hotel labeled 4 stars, we expected a certain standard of luxury that just wasn’t met. The 2 bathrooms that were listed were actually just one toilet in a room and another room with a tub, shower, and sink. I don’t consider that two bathrooms, and for a room that sleeps 6 people. The beds were not comfortable and the AC barely worked (we were not staying during a heat wave either, it was regular weather). The bunk bed room barely had any space to stand and was incredibly warm. When we booked this expecting a 4 star hotel, it was disappointing to arrive to a 2 or 3 star hotel at best. On a positive note, it is very close to the RER A and Disney. The croissant shop in the station has the best croissants I’ve ever had. The employees at the hotel were very kind as well. Overall it was a decent stay for our time at Disney, but didn’t quite meet our expectations

we only stayed overnight, very convenient to metro, mall and outlet store. the staff are very nice and the hotel is very clean. unfortunately, the air-conditioning in our room is not working and they are fully booked so no way to move us to another room but they provided us with a fan and gave us breakfast voucher. Overall, we're very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend.

The property was nice, it accomodated our extended family of five and was right by the train station. When we asked about cooling off the room, the front desk was very defensive and told us we could not control the room temp. After some grumbling, they provided a portable AC which helped a lot. The spare bed sheets were not very clean and we never replaced them due to the temperature issue.

Late check in was easy and the staff was helpful. The room was big enough for 2 kids and 3 adults. 1 minute walk from the train station that gets you to Disney land which is 1 stop. Bad bits: No plug outlet next to a mirror The provided hair dryer wasn’t the best The air-con did not work and when we spoke to them, they said they would send a technician but that never happened. Plug socket for the kettle in the kitchen was on the wall by the floor. Apart from that the room was good for what we wanted it for over 2 nights and 3 days.

The room was a good size for a studio. The hotel team, should better inspect rooms to ensure things are in working order. I had issues with the TV remote wasn't working, nor one of the night desk lights. Curtains weren't hung properly, and the hot water in the shower seemed to set at a lower temperature. Also was not able to adjust room temperature.

Check in staff were brilliant, we arrived very early 9am, but we were able to check-in and were upgraded. Appt although clean, is very tired, shower head and make-up mirror would not stay secure, kept flopping down, cupboard doors hanging off their hinges, in the kitchen/livingroom area, dishwasher worked, but the tray/basket for the dishes sat on the spray bar, so it was useless, beds were comfortable, but again cupboards and wardrobe doors, were lose or difficult to use, we didnt have breakfast at the hotel, so unable to comment. If your looking for a cheap appt hotel, its fine, and I would definitely use again, but you get what you pay for.
