房間空間夠大 有廚房很方便煮食 廁所設施比較舊 職員有禮貌

When checked in at this hotel, fist of all, we found the toilette was broken and we had to make at least three phone calls to the front and wait for more than 30 minutes until they sent someone to fix the problem. Also, the next day morning, we just found the rubbish of previous customers was not thrown away!!! How disgusting!! This was probably the worst experience I have ever had in my life so far. And the most regrettable part for this is Expedia was not reliable at all, even their Gold member just had very unpleasant experience. I complaint about this experience, but they never gave feedback. I checked once the status of my case, but there is no response. Seriously recommend you before you choose expedia as your service provider.

The shower head was broken when we arrived, and someone ( I think is room service) opened our door before the check out time....but other things they are perfect! Clean toilets, bed, living room..

飯店有些舊，就在RER A線Val d'europe2號出口處。對有大件行李的旅客非常方便。去迪士尼也很方便，只需一站。走路到歐洲村outlet只需8分鐘，但沿路很好逛，周圍有許多餐廳，是一間在購物村血拼的好旅店。

客房挺好，但酒店停车服务管理有待改进，虽然没有收费，但给客户一上来就添堵。停车场标志不明显，我们围着那个街区转了两圈才找到入口，停车场没有行使方向箭头，出口和进口好像是同一个。

为了去outlet定的， 除了地点以外， 没有什么好的， 230欧元的价格， 也是很贵的。 第二天住到巴黎的Pullman， 也就是230欧元的价格， 那完全是不能比的。不建议这个地方

I'm pretty sure that I'll choose them again. The staffs are warm, and speak good English. The location of this hotel is perfect. There's an RER entrance just a few steps away from the front door, and only one stop away from Disneyland. You can find at least two shopping malls near by. They provide kitchen in room. Super markets are also not far away. It's really convenient and comfortable to stay there.

La chambre correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes, nous avons pu y accéder bien plus tôt que l’heure prévue ce qui nous a beaucoup arrangées, les services sont au top, le personnel est agréable et la localisation est parfaite.

Lo recomiendo 100%. Me alojo aqui varias veces al año y siempre un recibiento calido en recepcion. A pasos de la estacion de RER y cerca del centro comercial. Habitaciones amplias, limpias con mini cocinas.

Super séjour à moitié improvisé, nous avons été surclassés à cette occasion et en sommes ravis. Tout était propre, le lit très confortable, le balcon idéal pour prendre l air . Juste que le mobilier est vieillissant et mériterait une substitution

Centralt placeret lige ved stationen, med tog til både Paris og Disneyland Lejlighederne er pæne og rene, men lidt små. Når sofaen er lavet om til en seng, er der ikke meget gulvplads.

The staff were great. We arrived early and they offered us a room straight away which was fantastic. Perfect hotel for visiting Disneyland Paris.

Residhome nunca decepciona. Es mi alojamiento predilecto en Val d'Europe y lo recomiendo al 100%. El personal siempre es amable a la llegada y está dispuesto a ayudarte si tienes alguna pregunta. Es fácil dejar el equipaje si tu habitación no está lista el día de llegada o el de salida. Cerca del centro comercial donde hay un Auchan gigante y muchas tiendas. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y limpias.

ディズニー利用で女子2名で宿泊しました。 駅の裏の改札口から徒歩1-2分ほどでとても駅近です。空港からやディズニーから戻ってくるときは、エスカレーターがないので大きな荷物を持っているときエスカレーターのある改札から行くのが良いと思います。 治安面を心配していましたが、駅構内は明かりがありますし、ホテルまで距離もないのでディズニー帰りの夜でも大丈夫でした。 チケットなどは、ホテル近くの改札口でも購入可能。クレカも使用できます。 ソファベット2台、ダブルベッド2台、キッチン・風呂付のアパートメントタイプの部屋にとまりましたが、部屋は非常に広く、快適でした。ディズニーで遊んで寝るだけなら十分です。 wifiは普通だった記憶があります。 ただ、冬の時期は底冷えして、靴下だけでは寒かったのでスリッパを持参したほうが良いです。お風呂にはヒーターがついてますので、濡れものなどは乾かせます。 歩いて15分ほどでスーパーやアウトレット、コンビニもありました。 スタッフの方の対応・立地ともに良かったので、また泊まりたいです。

空港からはマジックシャトルで移動しました。ホテル前に着くのかと思ったらヴァルドゥーロップのバスターミナルに着きます。歩いてすぐですが、高いので時間がある方は電車で移動した方が経済的です。 近くにスーパーもあるので、キッチンがあって助かりました。ディズニーランドで遅くまで遊んでいても一駅、翌日には朝からアウトレットに行けて効率的に時間を過ごせました。
