When checked in at this hotel, fist of all, we found the toilette was broken and we had to make at least three phone calls to the front and wait for more than 30 minutes until they sent someone to fix the problem. Also, the next day morning, we just found the rubbish of previous customers was not thrown away!!! How disgusting!! This was probably the worst experience I have ever had in my life so far. And the most regrettable part for this is Expedia was not reliable at all, even their Gold member just had very unpleasant experience. I complaint about this experience, but they never gave feedback. I checked once the status of my case, but there is no response. Seriously recommend you before you choose expedia as your service provider.

The shower head was broken when we arrived, and someone ( I think is room service) opened our door before the check out time....but other things they are perfect! Clean toilets, bed, living room..

飯店有些舊，就在RER A線Val d'europe2號出口處。對有大件行李的旅客非常方便。去迪士尼也很方便，只需一站。走路到歐洲村outlet只需8分鐘，但沿路很好逛，周圍有許多餐廳，是一間在購物村血拼的好旅店。

客房挺好，但酒店停车服务管理有待改进，虽然没有收费，但给客户一上来就添堵。停车场标志不明显，我们围着那个街区转了两圈才找到入口，停车场没有行使方向箭头，出口和进口好像是同一个。

为了去outlet定的， 除了地点以外， 没有什么好的， 230欧元的价格， 也是很贵的。 第二天住到巴黎的Pullman， 也就是230欧元的价格， 那完全是不能比的。不建议这个地方

I'm pretty sure that I'll choose them again. The staffs are warm, and speak good English. The location of this hotel is perfect. There's an RER entrance just a few steps away from the front door, and only one stop away from Disneyland. You can find at least two shopping malls near by. They provide kitchen in room. Super markets are also not far away. It's really convenient and comfortable to stay there.

Room is nice and spacious. All clean. Shower a little awkward to use, had to have it at an angle otherwise it would spray past the shower screen onto the tiles floor. Kitchen area good. Bed comfy. Only thing that let it down was the fact they allow dogs and the owner two doors down left their dog in the room all day and until at least 11.30pm. the poor dog was whimpering, barking and scratching at the door all through this time.

Perfect base for a Disney trip. The biggest win here is the location—literally a 1-minute walk to the RER A line that takes you straight to Disneyland and into Paris. The hotel doesn’t try to be fancy—it focuses on what actually matters: a clean, comfortable place to recharge after long Disney days, and it delivers on that. You’re also surrounded by everything you need—cafés, shops, and a full shopping center just steps away. Super convenient all around. I’d definitely stay here again.

Hotellet lå perfekt til toget til Disneyland. Kun 1 stop. Det tog 1min at gå til stationen fra hotellet. Men hotelværelset var noget nedslidt. Især dobbeltesengen var temmelig ringe. Generelt var meget inventar nedslidt. Fx. Vandhanen var løs, stikkontakter faldt ud af væggen, køkkenskabene var skæve, håndklædeholderen faldt ud af væggen. 4 stjerner var noget af en tilsnigelse. Fint med lille thekøkken hvor vi selv kunne lave mad. Havde man vinduerne åbne var der rigtig meget trafikstøj. Men altså alt i alt. Fint nok til prisen. Men dobbeltsengen var ringe. Man vågnede inde på midten i bunden af madrassen.

Mi alojamiento favorito en Val d'Europe. Habitacion limpia, el personal siempre amable, mini cocina perfecta equipada con todo lo necesario. A menos de 30 segundos de la estacion de RER A (tren) que te lleva a Disney en 2.5 minutos o 40-50 al centro de Paris. Cerca del centro comercial Val d'Europe con un Auchan gigantesco, Primark, y muchas mas tiendas y restaurantes. Una zona tranquila y segura! Lo recomiendo 10/10

Room was clean and fresh towels available as needed

Great apartment for a large family like ours, 6 people. We stayed 9 nights and trained in to the city easily with the Val d’Europe station right outside! It wasn’t too far out of the city and easy to get around for sightseeing all over which made it easier for us to not have to pack up and switch hotels multiple times! A quick stop to Disney Paris as well! Would stay again!

Perfect for stay if visiting Euro Disney. Outstanding location right next to train station or less than 10 euros in an uber. Right by shopping centre also and plenty supermarkets etc. spacious rooms, clean and friendly. Would highly recommend.
