We stay here 2 time in between disney land paris they upgrades up qhich was amazing we had a lovlwy big space but we have stay before and all the rooms are good.

Late check in was easy and the staff was helpful. The room was big enough for 2 kids and 3 adults. 1 minute walk from the train station that gets you to Disney land which is 1 stop. Bad bits: No plug outlet next to a mirror The provided hair dryer wasn’t the best The air-con did not work and when we spoke to them, they said they would send a technician but that never happened. Plug socket for the kettle in the kitchen was on the wall by the floor. Apart from that the room was good for what we wanted it for over 2 nights and 3 days.

The room was a good size for a studio. The hotel team, should better inspect rooms to ensure things are in working order. I had issues with the TV remote wasn't working, nor one of the night desk lights. Curtains weren't hung properly, and the hot water in the shower seemed to set at a lower temperature. Also was not able to adjust room temperature.

Check in staff were brilliant, we arrived very early 9am, but we were able to check-in and were upgraded. Appt although clean, is very tired, shower head and make-up mirror would not stay secure, kept flopping down, cupboard doors hanging off their hinges, in the kitchen/livingroom area, dishwasher worked, but the tray/basket for the dishes sat on the spray bar, so it was useless, beds were comfortable, but again cupboards and wardrobe doors, were lose or difficult to use, we didnt have breakfast at the hotel, so unable to comment. If your looking for a cheap appt hotel, its fine, and I would definitely use again, but you get what you pay for.

Check-in ENDS at 7:00pm & that was not disclosed until after I had booked and paid. I reached out to the hotel 3 times to see if there was anyway to check in online or over the phone early as my train did not even arrive in Paris until 9:00pm, and I would still need to get out to Val d’Europe afterwards. Got zero response to any of the messages. Ended up having to book another hotel & lost the money I spent as it was non-refundable. If you don’t allow check-in after 7:00pm, you should be upfront about this.

This is place was better than expected. Very close to Disney Paris. And very convenient. It looks like a little apartment and it’s spacious compared to the other I booked in Paris. Price was very compatible. I truly liked I highly recommend this place to stay. You won’t regret it. I will stay here next time a come Disney Paris.

Everything was great, the hotel staff were very friendly, everything was clean… and the location was excellent, with great connections via the RER to Paris. In Val d'Europe there is a fantastic shopping center literally 5 minutes away from the hotel. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely come back.
