The room was large and a nice kitchen area. The Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic for getting the RER train to Disney or it’s a short walk to the amazing shopping centre.

Ideal family stay for Disney

Very welcoming. All staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. This was our second visit and we already have plans to return. Great location just across from train station.

Fantastic room and helpful staff.

Had our room not been robbed it may have been better. Beds were comfortable, kitchenette was nice (even though we didn't use it). Having two showers was helpful with 4 females. BUT - virtually nowhere to put luggage other than in the entry hall. Biggest issue: we put a "do not disturb" on the door when we left for a day at Disneyland, got back to find the "do not disturb" on the floor in the hallway and the beds tidied. Did not discover that money left in a bag in the room (we know, stupid thing to do, but thought it would be okay with the sign on the door handle) had gone missing until we got to our next hotel. (It was a different currency so was not missed until looked for it when preparing to return to UK). When communicating with the hotel, were not surprised when informed that the housekeeping staff denied the sign on the door and that nothing was found or touched.

Very friendly staff. They took note of our additional requests. Really accommodating and could not have asked for anything more - thank you for a lovely stay.

I have been staying there off and on since I bought my Disney Paris season pass but my has the quality gone down in a year. The surface level stuff looks fine but if you open the cabinets they might look shabby or there will be utensils missing. It works.

Welcoming, great room

Very clean room. Lovely view. Water and tea coffee provided. Very safe underground parking at €15 a night. Ideal location for disneyland paris. Incredibly good value

Quiero destacar la amabilidad , atención y colaboración del empleado de mostrador de nombre Areski, que me ayudó la noche del 9 de octubre a solucionar mi problema con el auto alquilado en la agencia Budget que se descompuso .Areski colaboró para que una grua retire el auto descompuesto del hotel a las 11.30 p.m y me envien un taxi para trasladarme al aeropuerto a las 5 a.m. Realmente su ayuda fue fundamental y totalmente desinteresada. El resto de personal de mostrador de esa noche no se interesó en colaborar en absoluto y de no ser por Areski no sé como hubiera solucionado el inconveniente.

clean room

The rooms need an upgrade, mould around the bath and bathroom windows. no USB sockets anywhere, the front desk staff were a little rude during a late night check in when none of the card machines were working in order to pay the room tax of 6euros.

Room was very tired. No air conditioning even though advertised as having. Location great for shops and some restaurants.

Excellent location for Disneyland or Paris. Less than a minute walk to the RER station and plenty of restaurants and shops with 5-10min walk. Large Auchan supermarket just 10min walk. Staff is very nice. Special thanks to Sylvie at breakfast! The breakfast is amazing!! The only negative is than the room are a bit small and dated. They could do with some TLC.

Upon arrival, the hotel staff were very friendly and fluent in English. There was a tourist tax to pay when checking in which I don’t think was advertised when we booked, but was to be expected as we have paid this when travelling abroad elsewhere. The room was a lovely size and we were lucky to have a balcony which sadly we couldn’t use due to the weather but it was a nice thing to have. We were given a bag for the kitchenette which had a couple of dishwasher tablets and a sachet of washing up liquid. The kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom area were all exceptionally clean. There was some small wear and tear in the room such as scuffs on the paint and some of the wood coming off skirting boards, but overall we were very happy with the room. We chose this hotel for its proximity to Disneyland Paris and we were not disappointed, and we know where to stay when we return to Disney in the future! The hotel staff were also very friendly when helping us with directions and using the transport links to get to Paris. The only “complaint” we had was with the shower as the water pressure was very low, and also the room was filled with an eggy/sulfur smell when using the shower. We reported this to the reception staff upon departure and they reassured us they would bring it to the attention of their maintenance team. Plenty of choice for eating out in the area. Several brasseries, bakeries and a convenience store a five minute walk away. Absolutely perfect for what we needed
