Room where spacious. Very friendly bar tender. Loved the easy access to the town

hotel was ok although there was a non- fresh smell as one approached the first floor breakfast area

Quiet, clean, comfortable room in great location near Hermannplatz. The U-bahn at Boddinstrasse is 5 mins walk.

Used it for proximity to concert

Very comfortable and clean. Simple. Exactly what I needed. I love that I had a bath in my room and the I could turn the air con off and open the window.

Great location and a good hotel. Staff friendly. Some renovation happening in the foyer. Room size and facilities good. Area great - near metro, Lidl supermarket and lots of bars and eateries near this hotel.

The hotel is fine no problems. It’s very functional but nothing special and overall it’s pretty basic

Lovely old hotel and very well looked after

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Hotel, it was quiet and clean . Staff was nice and helpful. I think it would be really nice to have a few benches outside to sit on and a laundry room that guest could use (and pay for) would be excellent. We stayed a total of 11 days and I thought the hotel had a laundry room (could have been my mistake) so we had to take our laundry out. The breakfast was excellent. We again really liked our stay and when we return next year hope to stay at your hotel again.

Did what was required. A well priced clean stay with a bath. Maybe coffee in room is room for improvement as we get used to Nespresso these days. Those little packets deserve to be in the past. But still 9.5 out of 10.

Friendly staff, and conveniently located for a conference I was attending nearby, but the rooms overlooking the road are very noisy and exceptionally hot.

Great location, handy for Underground, shops and Templehof Airport by bus. Bed so comfy and bonus of relaxing bath.

Nice hotel, but parking is bit expensive and little confusing

Excellent location if you have business at the Estrel Convention centre, a ten minute cab ride away. Shops are nearby if you need anything and the staff are very helpful & friendly.

Very good hotel in perfect location

Good location in the city, very close to the Boddinstrasse Metro station. Bar and restaurant on site. Staff was friendly and efficient.
