フロントスタッフが不足しているのか、長時間待たされ、対応もよくない。ロケーションやサービスの質を考えると、料金が高すぎる。

フロントスタッフが少人数のせいか待ち時間が長い

始めに渡された部屋に他の客がまだいて驚きましたが、すぐに部屋を変えて頂けました。バスタブが大きくてくつろぐことが出来ました。朝食が美味しかったです。。テンペルホフ空港跡が近くランナーにお勧めです。サウナも毎晩貸切で得した気分でした。水風呂は無いけど滝状シャワーがキンキンに冷えていて気持ち良かったです。エアコンが壊れてるみたいなので夏は暑いかもしれません。

ロビーは暗くてレトロ感がありましたが、お部屋は広くてバスタブもあり、冷蔵庫に衣類用の棚もありとても満足でした。

地下鉄の駅から約５０ｍ。周囲はスーパーマーケット，レストラン，雑貨店等，店舗が並んでいて，日常生活の買い物，食事には困りません。物価は安価です。

Prisvärt hotell med ett utomordentligt generöst rum. Lite butter personal, inget strykjärn på rummet och varken den vanliga vattenflaskan eller internet ingick i priset. Däremot en ersättningstandborste.

Helt ok ny renoverad bar och lobby

Nice and tidy hotel with willing and helpful staff. Nicely located close to subway and has a parking garage if your visiting with a car like we did.

Great stay for the price. Well exceeded my expectations!!

Perfectly situated for staying at for Hyrox Berlin, breakfast was laid on early enough for first wave competitors and had an impressive selection. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and fluent in English. Very reasonably priced. I will definitely stay here again for next year’s visit, thanks 👌

Dåliga på rekomendera restaurang

I booked a two person room. Checked in with my fiancee. The staff member on reception only checked me in as one person and so we were not allowed two breakfasts. Very poor and unhelpful staff. Thumbs down.

Renholdet i felles arealer og på rom var veldig bra. Det eneste vi la merke til var en litt rar lukt i inngangspartiet til hotellet.

We had a rather disappointing experience during our stay. We have stayed at this hotel several times before and know the area very well. On previous visits, we’ve requested a room facing the street, and the staff has always been very accommodating and welcoming, even expressing how pleased they were to have us return. However, this time the experience was quite different. We were met with a negative attitude and were asked to pay €80 for parking, even though we had no intention of using it. Parking in the area is partly free, and during our stay there were also three public holidays when parking is free. When we pointed this out, the response we received felt dismissive and somewhat sarcastic: “This is Berlin. Nothing is free.” At one point, we were also told that we had “special requests,” which was said in a clearly negative and dismissive tone. Additionally, there was a significant amount of noise in the hallways during the evenings, which made it difficult to relax. On top of that, we were surprised to find that Wi-Fi now costs €10 per day. We have genuinely enjoyed staying here in the past, but based on this experience, we will consider other options next time. With so many great places to stay in Berlin, there is little reason to choose somewhere that does not meet expectations.

Everything was good except the bathtubs didn’t drain water and the hotel smelled like a sewer. Obviously there was a plumbing problem and the hotel tried spaying perfume everywhere to try to cover up the smell. Other than that everything was fine.

Siisti hotelli. Erinomainen aamiainen. Sijainti hyvä, alle 15min Ubahn matka Alexanderplatzille. Ympäristössä rentoja baareja ja döner-paikkojen lisäksi muutama illallisravintolakin.

Åt inte frukost. Dricker inte och var inte i baren. Rummet var mycket rent och städerskan var väldigt trevlig. Personal i receptionen trevliga.
