This is my first time here. I love the ambience so so so much. The smells, interiors, service was perfection because of friendly & helpful staff. The room so spacious beyond expectation, cleanliness was superb, the toiletries are cute overload made my day hahaha. It was very well maintained🖤. Then they have shuttle bus to Disneyland Park every 10 minutes.

The location is very strategic and there are many shopping area and supermarket around this hotel..for me the breakfast was good but less variety.. The room is big enough, clean, bed and pillow are great. Bathroom is good. Room clean, amenities is completed. But the location is far from everywhere, but there is shuttle bus to Mtr station

The staff is not bad but not good either. No smile, no greetings. I do not understand why people said in their review that the staff is friendly? If you only need place to rest, it's good, room is clean, but if you wish for great hospitality from the staff. This is not the place.

Disney Explorers Lodge
The hotel is in a very strategic location, making it easy to access various attractions. The receptionist during check-in was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I checked in during the afternoon, and the service was outstanding. Truly an excellent first impression! The hospitality and professionalism of the staff made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
