This is my first time here. I love the ambience so so so much. The smells, interiors, service was perfection because of friendly & helpful staff. The room so spacious beyond expectation, cleanliness was superb, the toiletries are cute overload made my day hahaha. It was very well maintained🖤. Then they have shuttle bus to Disneyland Park every 10 minutes.

Always loved staying here! It's like reliving our childhood dreams. One important and useful perk that I got was the park special entry lane - no need to wait since early in the morning to queue! Overall very pleasant stay! Wish I could have stayed longer!

Novotel Hong Kong Citygate
i stayed here one night for business trip. hotel location is super for leisure traveller in my recon, easy access to HK Disneyland and cable car ride to Ngong Ping plus attached to Citygate Outlet for a good shopping experience. over all Novotel Citygate is recommend place to stay in the area, and hotel also provide a free bus transport to get tobthe airport.

The staff is not bad but not good either. No smile, no greetings. I do not understand why people said in their review that the staff is friendly? If you only need place to rest, it's good, room is clean, but if you wish for great hospitality from the staff. This is not the place.

Disney Explorers Lodge
The hotel is in a very strategic location, making it easy to access various attractions. The receptionist during check-in was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I checked in during the afternoon, and the service was outstanding. Truly an excellent first impression! The hospitality and professionalism of the staff made my stay even more enjoyable.
