The thing that sets it apart from other hotels is that the Hilton Hotel is very concerned with sustainability and is environmentally conscious about the waste produced. For example, is a water bottle in the room or dining area that can be refilled repeatedly and several amenities that can be requested if needed. Hotel Grand Dafam Braga Bandung is located at the city center, so it’s convenient to go anywhere. All staff is friendly and very helpful. Pak Raditya Budi Satrio, the Assistant Manager, helped us tremendously when my wife got injured and needed to visit a doctor. It was the service at another level. Thank you very much Pak Raditya. The hotel is blessed to have you. As for the breakfast, it’s considered very good for a four-star hotel standard. There is a lot of variety of foods. We stayed in a condotel bedroom and the room was so spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

It was a perfect stay, even though it was only for one night. The staff were very friendly. I arrived at the hotel around 12pm, and they kindly allowed me to check in right away. The room was spacious, featuring a large sofa bed by the window with a beautiful mountain view from the 12th floor. The swimming pool was also very comfortable, with pleasantly warm water. The location made the stay even better, as the hotel is just a short walk from Braga Street.

Janevalla Bandung has always been my top choice whenever I plan a staycation in the city. I recently stayed there again, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the food menu has been upgraded—the selections were great, and everything tasted delicious. The room ambience remains just as cozy and stylish as ever, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The service is consistently excellent—the staff are always friendly, polite, and very attentive. I think the front office team even recognizes me by now since I’ve stayed here several times! Overall, Janevalla Bandung never fails to impress. I always recommend this hotel to friends visiting Bandung—it’s truly a fantastic place to stay! We arrived late at night and received a friendly and welcoming welcome from the hotel staff. The hotel is well-maintained and clean. The room was spacious, with a comfortable, soundproof bed. Extending our stay was also easy and straightforward. The location is in the heart of Bandung, making it easy and convenient to get around.
