I've stayed at this hotel twice and the service has been excellent. They respond quickly on WhatsApp. The second time, I was upgraded to a larger room and had an earlier check-in time. The only thing I need to be aware of is the poor soundproofing, as I could hear people from the next room. Could it be because the room I was staying in was a connecting room (since there's a door to the room). But overall, it was good. Thanks.

This is an old hotel with a classic feel, comfortable, and feels safe for pre-elderly women like me. The service is good, with all the staff friendly and efficient. There was only a slight issue with the AC being positioned directly above my head. Another issue was the elevator being very slow, as only one was working. Hopefully, all the shortcomings can be addressed, as I was actually satisfied with this hotel. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take any photos.

Check-in time is 3 o'clock, the staff is not friendly when asking to check out even though it is still less than 12 o'clock, the room is not soundproof, the bathtub is dirty, the hotel amenities are not as per the description, some have to be requested, overall the room is nice but there are several things that make it uncomfortable.
