The hotel is nice. However, the toilet seems to have a slow leak. The more you use the toilet, the more water floods around it, making it uncomfortable, smelly, and difficult to dry. I thought parking would be free because we were staying overnight, but it turns out we have to pay again every time we leave.

(-) I just checked in around 2 Aan, the sound of the TV next to my room could be heard all the way to my room, brought the kids, the sound even reached my room, the kids weren't fighting yet, screaming, hmm, never mind, it was still daytime... The gong was at 1-2 AM, someone was talking in a high tone, I thought they were fighting, but there was laughter, it seemed like the voices of two men and a woman, maybe their accents were high, but I couldn't tell what time it was, I couldn't stand it, I called the receptionist to reprimand me, I thought the voice was from next to the room, for about 20 minutes Aan was still laughing and chatting non-stop, I called him again, it was still noisy, I said I don't know where the sound is from, it's so close, (in the class of the so-called best hotel in Kendari, the soundproofing is so bad, my God) I couldn't sleep until dawn... Wanting to staycation, I was stressed... (-) The check-in process took a long time Hmmm (-) The gym is stuffy. When we arrived, the AC wasn't working but it was open. The equipment was a bit sticky, probably from sweat that hadn't been cleaned. . . (+) Clean rooms, hot water, AC, and a working refrigerator. (+) Security is fast. (+) Wide variety of food. (+) Strategic location, lots of food vendors nearby.

This is my first time staying at this hotel...check-in time was fast and the staff were friendly...only when entering the room the bathroom equipment such as bath towels were not available when called the staff did not immediately deliver it, it took 2 calls before it was delivered. for food at the hotel there are more general foods, they should introduce more regional specialties so that newcomers can taste them. overall everything is good
