This is my first time staying here. -Cheap price -Room doesn't have AC -The position of the power outlet is not convenient, it's confusing when I want to charge my phone -My room was given a connecting door, so it was noisy and could be heard in the next room -The window hinges were broken, it couldn't be closed

The hotel staff was friendly and kind. But in one room the toilet leaked, and the other the shower was clogged, so it flooded when we took a shower. The TV and the light next to the TV were out, but luckily the room light was on. Breakfast was also late, saying it was 7, but it was ready at 8, and it was bought from outside. The kitchen was empty, as if it hadn't been used for a long time. We patiently waited for breakfast on the chairs, but after the preparation was finished, we weren't informed that it was ready to be taken, until we asked if it was ready. Other than that, the security guard and receptionist were very nice.

Entering the room, there were no towels or hotel slippers. The towels were being washed, the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and the wood on the bathroom door frame was infested with termite nests. Breakfast was very simple. The only fruit choices were bananas. The only drinks were hot tea and water. Breakfast was white rice, soy sauce chicken, fried tofu, sausage, egg, and crackers.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is very spacious, there is a balcony, the room is clean, the service is good... it's just that the room is not soundproof, the sound from the next room can be heard clearly and loudly (maybe because there is a connecting door). The bathroom drain can be improved again, it's a bit clogged, the water doesn't flow smoothly. The same suggestion for the back of the room, maybe the tree can be cut, the mountain view/view is blocked. For towels, please replace them with new ones, many are damaged.... thank you
