I came to this hotel based on a friend's recommendation, and it lived up to my expectations. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, perfect for unwinding. The natural and refreshing atmosphere makes for a memorable stay. Friendly service and adequate facilities, plus beautiful mountain views. Highly recommended!

The hotel is strategically located, not far from the main road. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Very comfortable for those who need a quiet place, fresh air. Approximately 3.5 hours from Jakarta. Family-friendly, child-friendly, many facilities. Beautiful rice field views😍
Only the bathroom needs improvement; it needs a curtain separating the wet and dry areas. The swimming pool is warm, so it's nice to soak in👍🏻

The room and facilities were excellent, but we were on the 7th floor at the end, so we had to walk a long way to our room, even though our colleague had difficulty with her legs. This made it difficult to get in and out of the hotel and reach the restaurant for breakfast. The food variety was quite extensive, but unfortunately, it didn't change during our three-day stay, so we got a little bored with the menu. Perhaps consider varying the menu daily so those staying more than one night don't get bored. The snack menu for morning and afternoon tea could be expanded to provide more variety and make it more enjoyable to accompany relaxing in the 5th floor lounge (and swimming in the morning). Other than that, the hotel facilities were very pleasant, as we stayed in a premier room. Thank you.

The hotel staff are very friendly, our room was upgraded for free. The food at the restaurant was also quite delicious, the restaurant staff were very friendly, all the staff from check-in to check-out were incredibly friendly... the hotel facilities are cool, especially the hot spring pool and playground area...

The check-in process was quite long, with waiting in line for registration and then waiting for the room to be ready in a very crowded lobby.
Child-friendliness was also minimal. Some non-smoking areas still smelled strongly of cigarette smoke due to the lack of a barrier separating the smoking and non-smoking areas, especially in the restaurant area. Even in the lobby area where people congregate, staff didn't reprimand anyone who passed by with a cigarette.
During breakfast, even during peak hours, there were still tables reserved for VIPs, claiming they were guests from Santika Central.
However, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and the views and facilities were excellent.

My stay at this hotel was truly comfortable. Almost everything was perfect.
I chose the Hollywood Mountain View room and woke up to a truly beautiful mountain view.
The breakfast was also excellent, very comprehensive, and the staff were all friendly.
The only downside was the room wasn't big enough, hehe, but it's okay.

The view from the room was great. The food, however, wasn't very good. The rice field view was top-notch. The pool had warm water, so the kids enjoyed it.

The hotel is strategically located, not far from the main road. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Very comfortable for those who need a quiet place, fresh air. Approximately 3.5 hours from Jakarta. Family-friendly, child-friendly, many facilities. Next, God willing, I will return here again because of the comfortable atmosphere, clean rooms, clean towels, when checking in the facilities were explained very clearly. Thank you Santika

This is my umpteenth time staying here, and it's considered one of the best hotels in Garut. The staff are friendly and always greet you whenever you pass them. Beautiful rice field views😍
Only the bathroom needs improvement; it needs a curtain separating the wet and dry areas. The swimming pool is warm, so it's nice to soak in👍🏻

The room and facilities were excellent, but we were on the 7th floor at the end, so we had to walk a long way to our room, even though our colleague had difficulty with her legs. This made it difficult to get in and out of the hotel and reach the restaurant for breakfast. The food variety was quite extensive, but unfortunately, it didn't change during our three-day stay, so we got a little bored with the menu. Perhaps consider varying the menu daily so those staying more than one night don't get bored. The snack menu for morning and afternoon tea could be expanded to provide more variety and make it more enjoyable to accompany relaxing in the 5th floor lounge (and swimming in the morning). Other than that, the hotel facilities were very pleasant, as we stayed in a premier room. Thank you.

The hotel staff are very friendly, our room was upgraded for free. The food at the restaurant was also quite delicious, the restaurant staff were very friendly, all the staff from check-in to check-out were incredibly friendly... the hotel facilities are cool, especially the hot spring pool and playground area...

The check-in process was quite long, with waiting in line for registration and then waiting for the room to be ready in a very crowded lobby.
Child-friendliness was also minimal. Some non-smoking areas still smelled strongly of cigarette smoke due to the lack of a barrier separating the smoking and non-smoking areas, especially in the restaurant area. Even in the lobby area where people congregate, staff didn't reprimand anyone who passed by with a cigarette.
During breakfast, even during peak hours, there were still tables reserved for VIPs, claiming they were guests from Santika Central.
However, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and the views and facilities were excellent.

My stay at this hotel was truly comfortable. Almost everything was perfect.
I chose the Hollywood Mountain View room and woke up to a truly beautiful mountain view.
The breakfast was also excellent, very comprehensive, and the staff were all friendly.
The only downside was the room wasn't big enough, hehe, but it's okay.
