It was just a bit confusing during check-out. The check-in time was 12 noon, and we were told to leave immediately. However, when we checked in, we were told to wait until after 3 pm before entering the room. Otherwise, everything was fine.

This wasn't my first time staying here. But this time, I was disappointed. The room temperature was AC, even though it was set to -10. The hotel lobby was even colder than my room. I'd asked the front desk to check during check-in, but to no avail, and I hadn't received any confirmation either.

The staff was very friendly and good looking. I wish I can celebrate my birthday party at Ibis Hotel Samarinda, and the variant of cake and food is more like Canelle from Coffee&Co cafe by Ibis Samarinda.

This is my umpteenth stay at Ibis, yesterday's was a bit of a hassle, borrowing this and that was served well, borrowing an iron was delivered plus a table, borrowing plates, bowls, oh my gosh, the service is really cool, it's getting better, thank you for the excellent service 😍

I booked a room with breakfast, but during breakfast, the room number was already taken. I was a bit surprised, as this was my first time staying at a hotel. The food was delicious and varied, the location is strategically located near shopping centers, and the room was clean and fragrant. The service could be improved, especially in the restaurant. This was my first time staying here. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The room wasn't soundproof, so noise from outside was still audible. The room was clean, and even though it was a smoking room, it didn't smell. I would return if I were in Samarinda.
