This is my fifth or sixth stay here. Every time I visit Batu, I always choose Golden Tulip because it's comfortable, clean, cool, and has complete facilities. There are plenty of playgrounds for kids, both indoor and outdoor. You can also get a glimpse of the animals (especially birds) at Jatim Park 2, which is very close by.

The ambiance was wonderful. All the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from the receptionists and restaurant staff to the security guards, who were all incredibly kind. When we were having trouble carrying our luggage, the hotel staff quickly helped carry our suitcases to our room. Although the building is old, it's very clean and well-maintained.
