This was my first time staying at Horison, and it really lived up to my expectations. From the ambiance, the room, the service, the location, everything was great and super worth it. The breakfast menu tasted delicious, and the mineral amenities were Cleo. The staff were friendly and highly recommended for friends who want to vacation in Batu City. Close to Batu Square and viral cafes, also street food snacks and cheap stalls/shops. Next time I will stay here again. It's really random but super worth it and comfortable. The cleanliness is beyond doubt. Oh yes, you can also choose a room with a mountain view. During breakfast, there was live music and a view of the mountains with a little mist. Just a suggestion to make it more interesting, there would be a welcome drink/snack hehe 😊. Thank you Horison, Batu-Malang ❤️

I've stayed here several times... This time there were no towels or mats in the room. I wanted to call the front desk, but the phone in the room didn't work, so I had to go downstairs... Overall, it was okay.

I initially complained via personal WhatsApp, a call to my personal cell phone, and a phone call from the receptionist's room. It was 11 PM. They said the TV was playing in the next room, even though I could have also complained to the front room, where the child was constantly crying. In my opinion, it's completely impolite to call and chat with me at night because of the noise. It's just that the hotel's soundproofing is terrible, and they were completely rude, calling me repeatedly in the middle of the night from the receptionist. And in the morning, it turned out the door lock wouldn't open because I'd asked the receptionist to upgrade the key several times, but it still wouldn't work, and I had to replace the battery. Should I have complained? Please learn to be more polite to customers; calling in the middle of the night is really unpleasant. Furthermore, all the rooms are noisy, and you can hear voices from other rooms because the soundproofing is poor.

Quite strategically located in Batu City. Overall, it's okay. The only thing that needs renovation is the pool. I walked quite a distance to the back from room 209, up the stairs too. The pool is okay, and the mountain view is also good. It's just that the surrounding building hasn't been renovated. It's covered in moss and looks like an abandoned building. Getting to the pool is a challenge in itself. It's tiring already.
