I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. For some reason, the room smelled of sewage for the first two days, but on the third day, when I checked out, it disappeared. I also tried dialing the number to order food, but it wouldn't connect. When I asked the receptionist, they said it was 13, even though the brochure clearly lists number 5 for food orders. But it still didn't connect. One of my orders wasn't there, and I wasn't confirmed until the food arrived. I should have called the room to confirm from the start. But other than that, the room was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The reception staff were extremely unhelpful. I asked to check out after Friday prayers so my wife and child wouldn't have to wait outside, but they refused, claiming the rooms were full. They didn't even ask for my room number, even though I was in the hotel's most expensive room with a mezzanine, but I received no special service at all. The breakfast was also mediocre, with very little variety.

Loved every moment of my stay here! Everything felt clean, classy, and comfortable. The staff were so kind and attentive, and the view of Batu City made the experience even better. Friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out. The room was okay, the only downside was the towels were a bit faded. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and interestingly, they even had coffee brewed on the sand. The 7th floor skylounge wasn't finished yet. The swimming pool was freezing! But the kids still loved it.

Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and the room was clean, but the towels and sheets were a bit shabby. The room had no view. The small parking lot couldn't accommodate cars when it was full, but the security guard was responsive.

The restaurant service was terrible, with food taking 1.5 hours to be served. The mattress sank, and the sheets looked very shabby. The bathroom water took a long time to drain, causing it to flood. The room smelled awful.

When we arrived, the bed was incredibly dirty because it was already late. We changed it, but it was also dirty. When we arrived, there were no towels. Probably because it was too crowded. Good location.

The staff were all very friendly, but the room wasn't soundproof enough. You could still hear the sounds of children in the next room or outside, even though it was late at night. It's understandable, it's the holidays.
