The best staycation! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by all the staff. The welcome drink was refreshing and made us feel instantly at ease. Special thanks to Risya at the reception, who was super friendly and helpful. We entered the room, feeling cool and comfortable. Best of all, all the amenities were available without restrictions, making our stay even more enjoyable. The view was breathtaking, especially in the morning when we woke up to the sound of birds and the soothing flow of water, plus the fresh air. Checkout was also quick and easy, with Asep very helpful and escorting us to the lobby. The food and drinks were also delicious; absolutely nothing was a disappointment. My favorite hotel every time I go to Bandung. The location is not too far from the city center, but still has the coolness of Bandung. The hotel is well-maintained and the rooms are clean, and the visitors' cars are also washed. The most important thing is that the sheets, blankets, and towels are clean white.
