We booked a total of 4 rooms (3 Deluxe Twin Rooms and 1 Deluxe Double Room), and our stay at Grand Altuz Yogyakarta was a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish, especially since we arrived during the high season two days before Eid. Prior to arrival, we were well-received for our requests for adjacent rooms and an extra bed. Considering the hotel was quite busy at the time, we were very appreciative that everything was ready at check-in, ensuring a smooth process. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff were friendly and communicative. One of the staff, Ardian, assisted us from the beginning, patiently and clearly providing information and updates regarding our requests. There was also a small surprise, a complimentary slice of cake, in the evening, which made our stay even more warm and memorable. Overall, the hotel's coordination and service went well, even during the peak season. It's suitable for those traveling with family or groups, as requests are handled quite neatly. Thank you.

My first time staying at the Aveon Hotel. My first impression was the alertness of the security and front desk, who, even in the pouring rain, promptly parked our car and held an umbrella for us to the front of the hotel. When we arrived at the lobby, the staff were also on standby, allowing us to quickly check in and check into our room. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The cleanliness of the room, the water, and the hotel overall were very satisfactory. The location on the northern ring road makes it easily accessible from all directions.

I ordered 2 rooms for my friend too, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, I ordered 2 superior rooms, one of which was upgraded to a larger deluxe, overall it's really good for the price of 250 including breakfast, clean fragrant towels and complete bathroom equipment, cold air conditioning, electricity is okay, everything is safe, clean floors, sheets, clean blankets and comfortable mattresses and pillows, high mirrors are available. For the deluxe room, it is highly recommended because there is a small refrigerator and it is very spacious. Thanks, I am very satisfied.

Platinum Adisucipto Yogyakarta Hotel & Conference

The hotel is close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. I had an early morning flight and was provided with a shuttle to Adisucipto Airport. The hotel is also conveniently located, only 2 minutes from the airport. Try the pizza at the hotel restaurant, which is delicious, and enjoy swimming in the pool while watching the planes.

The experience was great. It was such a lovely experience to stay in this hotel for a business trip, and the staff was so helpful even though I had to check in at 2 a.m.
